    摘要: The present invention includes a method for freeze molding, comprising the steps of: mixing poly(vinyl alcohol) or a modified additive thereof with a material slurry to obtain a mixture; pouring the mixture into a molding die; and subjecting the mixture in a molding die to at least one cycle of cooling and heating so as to obtain a compact. A compact obtained in this method is free from melting and can maintain its configuration even if the compact is kept at a temperature of freezing point or higher. Further, since the method does not require vacuum drying, the compact can easily be dried.

    摘要: The clay extruder includes a drum 2 having a screw 4 having a rotary shaft 6, a spiral rotary blade 5 for feeding the clay under pressure while kneading the clay fed into the screw, a pressure raising portion 10 to feed the clay under pressure while kneading the clay, and a rectifying portion 11 provided on the side of an extrusion port 20 in the drum 2 to rectify the clay into a columnar shape. The rectifying portion 11 has a rectifying rotary blade 7 whose intervals being longer than that of the rotary blade; an angle formed between the face on the side of the extrusion port in a sectional shape of the rectifying rotary blade cut along the central line of the rotary shaft 6 and the central line gradually decreases, as the rectifying rotary blade comes close to the extrusion port.

    摘要: A method for producing a powder-molded body is provided, including the steps of casting a slurry containing a powder of at least one of a ceramic and a metal, and organic dispersion medium, and a gelling agent into a mold, and solidifying the slurry by gelling the slurry to obtain a molded body. The slurry is solidified by chemically bonding an organic dispersion medium having reactive functional groups and a gelling agent. The method is capable of improving gelling (solidification) efficiency and obtaining a molded body having a high density, a small firing shrinkage, and high shape precision, and which hardly experiences cracks during drying and firing.

    摘要: A furnace 10 according to the present invention includes a heating unit 1 and a furnace body 2 that can degrease an article 5, containing an organic substance, to be degreased by heating the article 5 with the heating unit 1. The furnace body 2 includes an outlet 21 and an inlet 22. The heating unit 1 includes a first heater 11 and a second heater 12. The furnace further includes a treatment gas-introducing unit 3 for introducing a treatment gas 7 treated with the second heater 12 into the furnace body 2 from the second heater 12 through the inlet 22. The treatment gas 7 is introduced into an internal section 20 of the furnace body from the inlet 22 in such a manner that the treatment gas 7 is circulated through the internal section 20 of the furnace body, the outlet 21, the treatment gas-introducing unit 3, and the inlet 22, whereby the concentration of the gaseous organic decomposition products in the internal section 20 of the furnace body is reduced such that explosion is prevented.
