摘要: A multi-beam light source device and a multi-beam scanning device including the multi-beam light source device are provided. The multi-beam light source device includes: a light source including: a cylindrical package having a side edge portion which extends in a rotational direction about a rotational axis line defined as a first direction; a plurality of light emitting units which are disposed in the cylindrical package and configured to emit laser light in the first direction; and a housing which holds the light source. The housing has a holder that holds the side edge portion of the cylindrical package to be relatively rotatable in the rotational direction. The holder is formed with at least one opening which exposes the side edge portion of the light source.

摘要: Disclosed is a heat dissipation device which is reduced in the number of components, while having sufficient insulating function and cooling function with respect to an object to be cooled. The heat dissipation device includes a base that is formed from a ceramic and a refrigerant channel for circulating a refrigerant within the base. The base is formed by sintering a stacked body in which a plurality of ceramic sheets are stacked. The plurality of ceramic sheets include the ceramic sheet which is provided with a plurality of slits that constitute the refrigerant channel, and the ceramic sheets which are provided with communication paths that communicate the refrigerant channel and outside units with each other. A semiconductor device is configured by bonding a metal plate, on which a semiconductor element is mounted, to the heat dissipation device.

Each hole is formed such that its dimension along the longitudinal direction of the partitioning walls is greater than its dimension along the arranging direction of the partitioning walls.

Provided is an exhaust gas treatment system with a CO2 removal equipment for absorbing and removing carbon dioxide (CO2) in a combustion exhaust gas using an absorbing solution of an amine compound, the system comprising a prescrubber for bringing the exhaust gas into contact with seawater, the prescrubber being disposed on the upstream side of the CO2 removal equipment.

The main transistor section and the sense transistor section have a common collector region, respective individual base regions and respective individual emitter regions.
