摘要: A method and system for providing a sound source suitable for an exercise state of a user by recognizing the exercise state of the user by measuring heart rate and exercise speed of the user. The method includes: determining a standard heart rate; measuring a heart rate of a user; measuring an exercise speed of the user; comparing the measured heart rate and the standard heart rate; when a difference between the both heart rates is more than a predetermined value, generating compensated exercise speed information based on the difference and the measured exercise speed; and replaying a sound source according to the compensated exercise speed information. According to the exercise state management method, heart rate suitable for the type, intensity, or time of exercise selected by the user and a sound source suitable for exercise speed are provided, thereby improving satisfaction and effectiveness of the exercise.

摘要: The present invention discloses an abutment of a dental implant consisting of an abutment screw and a shoulder surface. The upper structure of a crown or bridge abutment, i.e., the abutment screw is made of titanium alloy, and surface-treated in brown color by an anodizing process, and the connecting structure thereof, i.e., the shoulder surface is made of ceramic material containing zirconia of a white color, thereby providing an adequate mechanical strength, while maintaining the natural color of human teeth and light permeability. Further, the present invention discloses a method of aesthetically surface-treating the abutment screw of a dental implant abutment by using the anodizing process, and a method of fabricating the shoulder surface of a dental implant abutment.

摘要: The present invention relates to a gene encoding a protein named as ARIA (armadillo repeat protein interacting with ABF2), which contains armadillo repeats and a BTB/POZ domain. The protein is a novel ABA signaling component, which affects ABA-regulated gene expression, seedling growth, ABA sensitivity, and stress tolerance of plants. Furthermore, the present invention provides a method of producing salt-tolerant plants comprising the introduction of an expression cassette containing the ARIA gene linked to a plant promoter to plants.

摘要: The present invention relates to a modified CpG oligodeoxynucleotide (ODN) which is prepared by coupling a consecutive sequence of deoxyribothymine (dT) to the 3′-terminus of CpG ODN having immunoregularory function, thereby improving immunoactivity of splenocytes, macrophages and peripheral mononuclear cells, and therefore, can be effectively used as a vaccine adjuvant for preventing and treating hepatitis B or an anti-cancer agent. Since the phosphorothioate CpG ODN having the consecutive sequence of dT at its 3′-terminus shows high activity inducing Th-1 immune response and does not elicit in vivo toxicity with guaranteeing its safety, it can be effectively used as a vaccine adjuvant.
