摘要: Provided is a modified diene based polymer in which a diene based polymer is graft modified with a polyether having a mercapto group attached via diurethane bonding. Formation of diurethane bonding is performed by allowing sequential reactions of two species of hydroxyl group-containing compounds with an diisocyanate compound. By adding the modified diene based polymer to a silica-containing rubber composition for automobile pneumatic tires, the dispersibility of silica compounded in the rubber composition can be improved, and a property inherent in silica which simultaneously allows a reduction of rolling resistance and a stability on wet road surfaces can be sufficiently effected.

摘要: A vehicle tire, as a rubber member, includes, on at least a part of the surface thereof, a fine ridged/grooved structure formed via transfer from a mold and having fine ridged/grooved portions arranged at a constant arrangement pitch, wherein a region in which the fine ridged/grooved structure is provided is visually recognizable by a different structural color from the colors of other regions. The fine ridged/grooved structure is formed on a sidewall portion of the vehicle tire, and the region in which the fine ridged/grooved structure is provided is formed in a shape to display predetermined information.

摘要: The purpose of the present invention is to provide a modified polymer that significantly reduces heat build-up due to the modification when the modified polymer is formed into a rubber composition, a rubber composition containing the modified polymer, and a pneumatic tire in which the rubber composition is used. The modified polymer of the present invention is a modified polymer obtained by modifying a styrene-conjugated diene copolymer (A) with a nitrone compound (B). In the modified polymer, the content of styrene units in the styrene-conjugated diene copolymer (A) is 10% by mass or greater, and the proportion of vinyl bonds among all the double bonds contained in the styrene-conjugated diene copolymer (A) is 5 mol % or greater.

摘要: A rubber composition for tire bead insulation contains a diene rubber, a nitrone compound having a carboxy group, a carbon black and a white filler. The diene rubber contains a natural rubber and a styrene-butadiene rubber and the mass ratio of the contents of the natural rubber and the butadiene rubber is from 50:50 to 90:10. The content of the nitrone compound is from 0.1 to 10 parts by mass (PBM) per 100 PBM of total content of the diene rubber and the nitrone compound. The content of the carbon black is not less than 70 PBM per 100 PBM of the total above. The content of the white filler is not less than 20 PBM per 100 PBM of the total above. The total content of the carbon black and the white filler is from 90 to 180 PBM per 100 PBM of the total above.

This water-based primer composition contains a high molecular weight emulsion (A) which is an emulsion of a resin having a weight average molecular weight of 200,000 or higher, and a low molecular weight emulsion (B) which is an emulsion of a resin having a weight average molecular weight of 100,000 or lower, wherein an average particle diameter of the resin of the low molecular weight emulsion (B) is 0.6 μm or less.

The rubber composition of the present invention contains: a diene rubber containing from 5 to 70 mass % of a modified butadiene rubber obtained by modifying an unmodified butadiene rubber (A) with a carboxy group-containing nitrone compound (B), the unmodified butadiene rubber (A) containing from 2 to 45 parts by mass of an unmodified low molecular weight butadiene rubber (A1) having from 1.5 to 60 mol % of vinyl bonding and having a number average molecular weight (Mn) of 2000 to 60000 per 100 parts by mass of an unmodified butadiene rubber (A2) having a number average molecular weight (Mn) greater than that of the unmodified low molecular weight butadiene rubber (A1).
