In a two-wheel vehicle having an engine mounted to a vehicle body frame, the engine having exhaust pipes extending forwardly and downwardly and a pair of left and right down tubes extending substantially downwardly from a head pipe provided at the front end of the vehicle body frame, the vehicle body frame includes a first cross member for connecting the left and right down tubes, and the first cross member is formed with arcuate recesses for allowing part of the exhaust pipes to pass therethrough.

At least one of the first adhesion surface and the second adhesion surface is formed of a glass surface layer to which the adhesive agent is applied. The inductive component is wound over the first core. The pair of terminal electrodes are provided at one of the first core and the second core. The inductive component has one end portion electrically connected to one of the terminal electrodes and has another end portion electrically connected to remaining one of the terminal electrodes.

    摘要: When printing is performed on a base substrate with a laser after a single crystal silicon layer is transferred to the base substrate, there are problems such as ablation of the single crystal silicon layer in the peripheral portion of a printed dot or attachment of glass chips or the like to the surface of the single crystal silicon layer. After printing is performed on the bonding surface of a silicon wafer with a laser, the surface of the silicon wafer is polished by CMP (chemical mechanical polishing), so that the projection in the peripheral portion of the printed dot is removed. After that, the silicon wafer is bonded to the base substrate. Since the depression of the printed dot remains to some extent by a chemical etching effect even after the polishing by CMP, the single crystal silicon layer is not transferred only at the depression portion at the time of the transfer; accordingly, the information is left on the base substrate.

    摘要: A vehicle frame structure for a saddle-type vehicle has a vehicle frame including a subframe portion detachably mounted on a main frame, and a joint between the main frame and the subframe which is disposed in a longitudinally intermediate portion of a continuously extending frame component, wherein the frame component is kept rigid and the joint is maintained in a small size. In the joint, the frame component has a portion divided by a vertical plane into a main-frame-side joint arm and a subframe-side joint arm. The joint arms have distal ends having arcuate outer walls cut off around their fastening positions. The joint arms further have integral upstanding walls disposed on proximal ends thereof, corresponding to the cut-off arcuate outer walls of the joint arms. The joint arms are fastened to each other with the distal ends thereof fitted in cavities surrounded by the upstanding walls.

In a motorcycle including main pipes extending rearwardly from a head pipe, a pair of left and right down tubes are provided that extend from the head pipe obliquely downwardly. The down tubes are formed to be tapered from the head pipe toward an engine when viewed from the side of the vehicle body and to be constant in width from the head pipe toward the engine when viewed from the front of the vehicle body.

    摘要: There is provided a common mode choke coil whose impedance value can be easily adjusted by changing the thickness of an insulation layer for impedance value adjustment appropriately. An insulation layer for impedance value adjustment is formed throughout a principal surface of a first magnetic substrate. Coil patterns and insulation layers are alternately formed on that layer. Parts of the insulation layers other than the insulation layer for impedance value adjustment are removed in either or both of a central region surrounded by the coil patterns and a region around the coil patterns. A resin including magnetic powder is provided on the uppermost insulation layer and the regions where the insulation layers have been removed, and a second magnetic substrate is bonded through a bonding layer.
