    摘要: Provided an electrically-operated hydraulic actuator unit that includes an electrically-operated motor controlled by a control apparatus and actuating a volume adjusting mechanism through driving-side and driven-side arms, and a clutch mechanism in which the driven-side arm presses a contact member against a clutch case so that the driven-side arm is locked when a force from the volume adjusting mechanism is applied to the driven-side arm. The control apparatus can set duties of first to fourth drive signals to be output to the electrically-operated motor in a neutral-side start period, a neutral-side ordinary actuation period, a higher-volume-side start period and a higher-volume-side ordinary actuation period. The duties of the first and fourth drive signals are larger than that of the second drive signal, the duty of the third drive signal is larger than that of the fourth drive signal, and an integrated ON-time of the third drive signal is larger than that of the first drive signal.

    摘要: A steel sheet plated with Pb-Sn alloy, suitable for use as the material of automobile fuel tanks for containing fuel having alcoholic content. The steel sheet has an NiSn alloy layer or a composite layer including a backing Ni layer and the NiSn alloy layer; the NiSn alloy layer or the composite layer being formed on the steel surface to have a thickness of 0.035 to 1.mu.; and a plating layer of Pb-Sn system alloy formed on the sole NiSn layer or the NiSn layer of the composite layer. The steel sheet plated with Pb-Sn alloy can be produced by plating the steel sheet with Ni backing, forming a Pb-Sn system alloy layer by a hot dip plating, and rapidly cooling the steel sheet. Alternatively, the steel sheet plated with Ni is subjected to successive electroplating with Sn and then with Pb, and is then treated at a specific temperature for melting and diffusing Sn into Ni to form the NiSn layer.

    摘要: In the hydraulic actuator unit according to the present invention, a first electric motor assembly formed by mounting one of a pair of electric motors to one of a pair of electric motor covers is detachably mounted to a pump case so as to rotate a first control shaft around its axis line, and a second electric motor assembly formed by mounting the other one of the pair of electric motors to the other one of the pair of electric motor covers is detachably mounted to the pump case so as to rotate a second control shaft around its axis line. The first electric motor assembly is mounted to the pump case so that the corresponding electric motor has a rotational axis line in parallel with the first pump shaft in a state where the electric motor is positioned on an opposite side to the second control shaft with respect to the first control shaft and is also positioned on an opposite side to a first end of a first pump shaft with respect to a virtual plane that passes through the axis lines of the first and second control shafts. The second electric motor assembly is mounted to the pump case at a posture obtained by rotating the first electric motor assembly by 180 degrees about a virtual center line that is disposed in parallel with the first and second control shafts and is located at a center between the first and second control shafts, thereby the electric motor is positioned on an opposite side to a cooling fan, which is driven by the second end of the second pump shaft, with respect to the virtual plane.

A volume adjusting mechanism thereof is operated by an electric motor in accordance with manual operation or automatic operation based on difference in turning radius between the first and second wheels. A control device that controls the electric motor includes normal mode that operates the electric motor in accordance with the manual operation or the automatic operation and torque-up mode that fixes the variable displacement hydraulic motor to a first volume larger than a standard volume, and activates the torque-up mode at idling state in which a power source is in operating state and a pump-side volume adjusting mechanism is in neutral state and shifts the torque-up mode to the normal mode when a traveling speed reaches a first speed.

    摘要: Passed through a chamber holding a non-oxidizing atmosphere substantially horizontally, a steel strip is continuously coated on one side only with a molten coating metal. An electromagnetic pump imparts a thrust to the molten coating metal on the entry side of a guide so as to form a stream of the molten metal rising above the bath surface on the exit side of the guide. The rising molten metal stream contacts the bottom surface of the strip to form a film of the coating metal thereon. Provision is made to offer less flow resistance to the rising stream widthwise then lengthwise, so that the molten coating metal flows positively toward both edges of the strip.
