    摘要: Provided is a hard coat film which has an inorganic hard coat layer having excellent scratch resistance and weatherability and inhibited from generation of curling and which is particularly suited for sticking on outside faces of window glasses in lofty buildings. The hard coat film is prepared by laminating in order a primer layer and a hard coat layer comprising metal oxide particles and a cured matter of a silane compound on one face of a base material and further providing, if necessary, a coating layer having various functions on the above hard coat layer.

    摘要: A film for optical applications which effectively prevents reflection of light on the surface of image display devices such as PDP, CRT and LCD, exhibits excellent scratch resistance and transmission of light, provides excellent adhesion between layers and can be produced at a low cost is disclosed. The film comprises (A) a high refractivity hard coat layer (the refractive index: 1.60 to 1.75, the thickness: 2 to 20 μm) comprising (a) an antimony-doped tin oxide having a needle shape (the average particle diameter along the major axis: 0.05 to 10 μm, the average aspect ratio: 3 to 100), (b) at least one other metal oxide and (c) a material cured with an ionizing radiation and (B) a low refractivity layer (the refractive index: 1.30 to 1.45, the thickness: 40 to 200 nm), which are successively laminated at least on one face of a substrate film.

    摘要: The present invention provides a which comprises a cured resin layer (A) of a curable composition containing an active energy ray curable compound and a microparticle dispersed therein and a cured resin layer (B) of a curable composition containing an active energy ray curable compound and a microparticle dispersed therein, and the layer (A) and the layer (B) being laminated in order on at least one surface of a light-transmitting substrate film, wherein a total film thickness of the layer (A) and the layer (B) is 1 to 10 μm, a microparticle A having an average particle size of 0.5 to 10 μm is compounded in the layer (A) in an amount of 0.5 to 60 parts by mass to 100 parts by mass of an active energy ray curable compound, and a microparticle B having an average particle size which is less than an average particle size of the microparticle A is compounded in the layer (B). The glare-proofing and light-transmitting hard coat film of the present invention can have a satisfactory level of a glare-proofing property and display a black color on an image more intensely.

The hard coat film contains no fine particles or a decreased amount of fine particles for providing the antiglare property and exhibits highly fine antiglare property, stable optical properties and excellent scratch resistance.

    摘要: A very fine anti-glare hard coat film which comprises a base film and a hard coat layer disposed on the base film and has a haze of 3% or greater, wherein the hard coat layer comprises (A) a resin cured by an ionizing radiation and, per 100 parts by weight of the resin, 2 to 25 parts by weight of (B) silica particles having an average diameter of 0.5 to 5 &mgr;m and 10 to 200 parts by weight of (C) fine particles having an average diameter of 1 to 60 nm. The very fine anti-glare hard coat film provides excellent visibility when the film is used for various types of displays since the film provides an excellent anti-glare property to the displays such as very fine liquid crystal displays without deterioration in the quality of displayed images.

    摘要: An antifouling infrared shielding film comprising a transparent substrate film having, on one face thereof, at least an infrared shielding layer which comprises a cured product of a coating layer comprising (A) an ionizing radiation curing resin, (B) an infrared absorbent and (C) an ionizing radiation curing silicone resin in an amount of 0.1 to 50 parts by weight per 100 parts by weight of the resin of the ionizing radiation curing resin of (A); and a process for producing an antifouling infrared shielding film comprising coating one face of a transparent substrate film with a coating agent comprising the component (A), the component (B) and the component (C) in an amount of 0.1 to 50 parts by weight per 100 parts by weight of the component (A) to form a coating layer and curing the formed coating layer by irradiation of an ionizing radiation. The film is a highly functional film showing excellent transparency, scratch resistance and antifouling, and having desirable properties with respect of cleaning, slipping and infrared shielding. The film can be advantageously used for attaching to window panes.
