摘要: An LCD assembly testing apparatus having a table for supporting the LCD assembly and for applying light to the back of the LCD assembly, and a transport mechanism for removing the LCD assembly from a cassette and transporting the LCD assembly onto the table. The transport mechanism has an arm for holding the LCD assembly, a first lift mechanism for vertical moving the arm, and a pre-alignment mechanism for receiving the LCD assembly and preliminary aligning the LCD assembly with the table. The pre-alignment mechanism has a plurality of support rollers for supporting the LCD assembly in a substantially horizontal position, four pairs of positioning rollers having axes intersecting at substantially right angles and located at level higher than the support rollers, for allowing the LCD assembly to fall naturally onto the support rollers and for holding corners of the LCD assembly, and a second lift mechanism for moving upwards the positioning rollers and the support rollers as the first lift mechanism moves the arm downwards.

摘要: An audio signal recording and reproducing apparatus can perform realtime processing with a structure having a low cost. The audio signal recording and reproducing apparatus records a series of input audio signals as digital audio data, and reproduces and outputs the input signals using the recorded digital audio data as output audio signals. An input audio signal processing unit converts the series of input audio signals into digital audio data. A data file recording unit records the digital audio data, as digital audio data file information, on a recording medium, the recording medium having a plurality of clusters in which data having a predetermined number of bytes is recorded, the digital audio file information being recorded over a plurality of clusters. A file management information recording unit records on the recording medium file management information representing the reproducing order of the clusters in which the digital audio data file information is recorded. A directory information recording unit records on the recording medium directory information including at least the number of the first cluster recorded first when the digital audio data is recorded. A reproduction procedure file information recording unit records on the recording medium the reproduction procedure file information including at least the number of the first cluster of a digital audio data file to be reproduced. An output audio signal processing unit converts digital audio data, which is read out from the recording medium in accordance with the reproduction procedure file information, into output audio signals.

摘要: The invention is directed to an unfailing pickup operation of an electronic component from a component storage portion at a seam of storage tapes connected even using a connection tape and prevention of reduction in a pickup rate of an electronic component. A CPU sends a feeding command to a component feeding unit to perform a component feeding operation or the like. Then, when the CPU judges that a connection tape reaches a pickup position, the CPU drives an X axis drive motor and a Y axis drive motor to move a board recognition camera to the pickup position of the feeding unit, the camera takes an image of a storage portion of a storage tape, and a recognition processing device performs recognition processing. A correction value based on a result of this recognition processing is stored in a RAM, and a suction nozzle is moved taking this correction value into account and lowers to pick up an electronic component.
