摘要: Skin-contact products with a transpiration function such as medical devices or medicinal products, of which face masks, aspirators, ventilators, breast pumps or wound dressings are examples are described especially a skin-contact product with a transpiration function with an improved microclimate at a patient interface material-skin contact area. In an embodiment a material system (10, 20, 30) is described that comprises a hydrophobic silicone base material (11, 21, 31) and a hydrophilic silicone material (12, 22, 32) that is combined with the hydrophobic base material (11, 21, 31). At least a part of the hydrophilic material (12, 22, 32) is in contact with a moist surface (50). The hydrophobic base material (11, 21, 31) provides mechanical and dynamical stability of the material system (10, 20, 30). The hydrophilic material (12, 22, 32) allows for uptake or for diffusion of moisture away from moist surface (50). The material system (10, 20, 30) is utilized to fabricate a patient interface material (41) and forehead pad (42) of a user or patient interface, such as face mask (40), for example, a patient interface mask for positive air pressure therapy. Furthermore, a novel composition for the preparation of hydrophilic silicone materials, suitable for use in the material system (10, 20, 30), is disclosed.

摘要: The present invention relates to a pixelated electroluminescent textile, comprising a first set of spaced apart conductive lines extending in a first direction, a second set of spaced apart conductive lines extending in a second direction, the second direction being non-parallel to the first direction, the sets of conducting lines forming a matrix structure, and at least one light emitting element. The at least one light emitting element comprises two interleaving comb electrodes arranged in one plane, and light emitting means arranged in spaces between digits of the comb electrodes, wherein the light emitting element is arranged in an area formed between two adjacent conductive lines in the first set and two adjacent conductive lines in the second set, wherein each of the comb electrodes connects to at least one yarn of the first and the second set, respectively, so that when applying a driving voltage to the at least one yarn in the first and second sets, said light emitting means is excited to emit light. It is according to the invention possible to generate light along each pair of comb digits. By arranging comb structures with multiple digits interleaved with each other in the area between four conducting lines, a light emitting element is achieved that can emit light in essentially this entire area.

摘要: The present invention relates to a flexible display device (10) comprising a flexible substrate (12), and a plurality of electro-optical switching elements (14) accommodated on the substrate. The device is characterized in that the substrate has a plurality of through openings (16) being arranged in a repetitive pattern so that the electro-optical switching elements are located in areas of the substrate adjacent to the openings. The through openings allow for bending the display device in two directions simultaneously, with reduced tensile or compressive stress in the plane of the substrate.

摘要: An iron is provided having a housing, a soleplate which is to be moved in a displacement direction over a fabric during operation, and a heating element for heating the soleplate, the soleplate having a cooling element for setting at least a portion of the fabric during operation, which cooling element is provided, seen in the displacement direction, behind the heating element. After heating of the fibers in the fabric, the cooling element in the soleplate subsequently cools the fibers in the fabric which are under tensile and compression forces because the soleplate is still in contact with the fabric. This causes the fibers to become set quickly and effectively, which improves the result of the ironing.
