    摘要: A processing aid (B) for foam molding use which comprises a powdered copolymer composed of 50 to 80% by weight of methyl methacrylate, 20 to 50% by weight of an alkyl methacrylate having an alkyl group of 3 to 5 carbon atoms, and 0 to 20% by weight of other copolymerizable monomers, the copolymer having a reduced viscosity (&eegr;sp/c) of 4 to 8. Use of this processing aid permits vinyl chloride resins to be kneaded efficiently and imparts an increased melt strength thereto, so that fine and uniform foamed cells can be formed and, moreover, a high foaming ratio and an attractive molding appearance can be achieved.

This manufacturing device comprising a spinning pack 1 having plane rectangular shape for spinning a large number of monofilaments, a plurality of extruders 6A, 6B disposed at symmetrical positions in the longitudinal direction of the spinning pack 1, and a collecting mechanism for collecting the monofilaments spun from the spinning pack 1, whereby the spinning pack 1 is provided with a resin flowpath changeover unit 2 and a multi-hole nozzle plate 3 which are superposed, and the resin flowpath changeover unit 2 is connected to the extruders 6A, 6B by means of the communicating pipe lines 5A, 5B disposed at symmetrical positions in the longitudinal direction, and main flowpaths 7A, 7B for directly connecting the zone flowpaths 9A, 9B communicating with each communicating pipe line 5A, 5B and a plurality of branch flowpaths 8A, 8B connected with the main flowpaths 7A, 7B in crosswise manner are combined to be provided on an almost entire surface of the resin flowpath changeover unit 2, and each zone flowpath 9A, 9B is independently formed, and the multi-hole nozzle plate 3 is formed with a nozzle hole 3 to be communicated with each branch flowpath 8A, 8B.

    摘要: An easy open type can including a can closure having a top panel with a peripheral wall portion extending downwards from a circumferential edge of the top panel portion thereof. A tab is provided for opening the closure. A score line is constructed in the peripheral wall portion so as to be connected to an end of one side edge of the tab and extending over the whole circumference of the peripheral wall portion. The peripheral wall portion is mounted on and fixed to an open end portion of a can barrel. The can closure is formed of a metallic foil and a thermoplastic resin layer covering an outer surface of the metallic foil and the score line is constructed by removing only the resin layer of the peripheral wall portion of the can closure. The score line is provided in a region of the peripheral wall portion that is adhered to the open end portion of the can barrel.
