    摘要: The present invention provides a production method for a photo-sensitive resin, characterized in reacting a difunctional epoxy resin (B) having two epoxy groups in a molecule with carboxyl groups contained in a resin (A) having two or more (meth)acryloyl groups and at least one carboxyl group in a molecule. Since the photo-sensitive resin prepared by extending the resin (A) to a high molecular weight linearly via the difunctional epoxy resin (B) is obtained, a resist layer having an excellent tack-free property can be formed. Further, a resist layer irradiated with rays through a patterning film can be developed rapidly and correctly in an alkaline aqueous solution. Accordingly, it has been possible to provide the high-performance liquid photo-sensitive resin compositions useful for a solder resist used for producing printed circuit boards and for an electroless plating resist or useful for producing black matrices and color filters for liquid crystal displays. Further, the coated layer formed by photo-curing the liquid photo-sensitive resin composition containing the polymer fine particles having a Tg of 20.degree. C. or lower has an advantage that the coated layer provides an excellent adhesion even if it is exposed to a heating process.

    摘要: The present invention provides a radically polymerizable curable resin obtained by modifying an epoxy resin by reacting a phenol compound having an alcoholic hydroxyl group; and an unsaturated monobasic acid, to the epoxy resin having two or more epoxy groups in a molecule. The epoxy resin is reacted with the phenol compound and the unsaturated monobasic acid. The curable resin is subjected to polymerization curing with heat or light to form a cured product having excellent heat resistance, moisture resistance, and adhesion to substrates. The present invention also provides a curable resin composition containing the curable resin, as well as an alkaline-developable curable resin capable of forming a coating layer having excellent tack-free property, quick developability and excellent properties of cured layer.

    摘要: A curable composition for optical parts, including a (meth)acrylic acid ester (A) of a compound having two or more hydroxy groups in one molecule and containing no aromatic hydrocarbon structure, wherein a content of an ether structure represented by the following general formula (1): —(O—CH2—CHR1)n—  (1) wherein n is in the range of 1 to 100 and R1 is at least one selected from the group consisting of hydrogen, methyl, and ethyl, in the composition is 5% by weight or higher, and a content of sulfonic acid and/or a sulfonic acid ester in the composition is 100 ppm or lower in terms of sulfur atom content. This curable composition makes it possible to obtain optical parts by curing, which are transparent and hardly cause coloration, denaturation, and deterioration to light from a light source having an emission wavelength distribution extending from a short wavelength region of visible light to an ultraviolet region.

    摘要: A control device which controls a plurality of controlled devices by time shared control in a microprogram control system and has one control memory, a plurality of microinstruction registers, the outputs of which are applied to the controlled devices, circuits for memorizing microinstruction execution requests corresponding to microinstruction type and the controlled devices, and a selecting circuit for selecting a microinstruction register for storing a microinstruction read out from said control memory in each machine cycle and the controlled devices to be controlled. The field of the microinstruction indicates the execution and type of the next microinstruction after the next machine cycle to a given controlled device. When the execution of the next microinstruction is indicated, this request and the microinstruction type are memorized by microinstruction request holding circuits corresponding to the controlled circuits respectively and any selected controlled circuit, and the microinstruction is read out of the control memory. Consequently, the instruction stored in one microinstruction register may control one controlled circuit while other instructions stored in the other microinstruction registers may control the other controlled circuits in time-shared parallel relationship.

The fixing structure includes a ring-shaped leaf spring having angular waviness and interposed between an outer side wall of the outer ring and a opposing inner wall of a housing. The ring-shaped leaf spring defines a cut formed in a radial direction to make the ring-shaped leaf spring discontinuous as viewed in an angular direction, whereby the ring-shaped leaf spring is integrally assembled by resilient force, which acts in radial directions, on the outer ring or an outer periphery of a side plate mounted on the outer ring. Any axial movement of the ring-shaped leaf spring is limited by a portion of the side plate.
