Abstract: A user device may provide, to a network associated with a base station, user device location data identifying a latitude, a longitude, and a heading of the user device, and may receive base station location data identifying a latitude, a longitude, and signal coverage of the base station. The user device may display a first user interface that includes a user device indication, a base station indication, and a selection option, and may receive a selection of the selection option. The user device may retrieve camera view data and sensor data associated with the user device and may display, based on the camera view data and the sensor data, a second user interface that includes the first user interface overlaid on a camera view of the user device, an augmented reality-based signal strength directional indicator, and an augmented reality-based base station location representation associated with the base station.

Abstract: An illustrative extended reality (XR) presentation device detects, during an XR experience presented to a user of the XR presentation device, a selection by the user of a virtual anchor object disposed at a particular location with respect to a 3D scene within which the XR experience is presented. The XR presentation device identifies, based on anchor data associated with the virtual anchor object, a predesignated data payload that is stored by a payload server system. The payload server system is separate from the XR presentation device and stores, together with the predesignated data payload, target metadata indicating a target device to which the predesignated data payload is to be provided. The XR presentation device directs the payload server system to provide the predesignated data payload to the target device. Corresponding methods and systems are also disclosed.

Abstract: A method includes receiving a request associated with a secondary event orchestrator to schedule a secondary event to be concurrently broadcast with a primary video program. The secondary event is based on the primary video program. The method includes scheduling, by a processing device, the secondary event in an interactive media guide (IMG). The method also includes receiving requests or subscriptions for the secondary event from at least one user device based on the scheduled secondary event in the IMG, and providing support for the concurrent broadcast of the secondary event.
