The present invention relates to a miRNA regulating the insulin signaling pathway, and to a method for screening a material for controlling the action of a target gene thereof, and particularly, to a method for screening a material for controlling the action of USH or FOG2, a target gene of miR-8 or miR-200 miRNA for promoting cell growth. The present inventors discovered miR-8, a conserved miRNA for regulating the body of a fruit fly by targeting u-shaped material (USH) in the fat cells of Drosophila. It was also confirmed that a target gene of miR-200, a human homologous gene of Drosophila miR-8 miRNA, is FOG2. It was found that Drosophila miR-8 and USH are also conserved in mammals, and FOG2, a human homologous gene of USH, directly binds to a regulating subunit of PI3K and functions. It was confirmed that when the expression of miR-200 is inhibited or FOG2 is expressed in a human cancer cell line, the activity of PI3K, which promotes cell growth, is decreased. Therefore, miR-200 and FOG2 may be useful in screening regulators of insulin signaling pathways.

A method for sequestrating carbon dioxide in the ocean of the present invention coverts carbon dioxide into a high concentration of bicarbonate ions by using a neutralization method using calcium oxide commonly contained in alkaline industrial waste, prepares elution water for stably containing bicarbonate ions even when making contact with the atmosphere through aeration, and discharges the elution water into an area of the ocean of a relatively shallow depth to sequestrate carbon dioxide. According to the present invention, the present invention is a carbon dioxide storage method which uses alkaline industrial waste to carry out carbon dioxide ocean sequestration at relatively low cost, and can sequestrate carbon dioxide for a long time while minimizing bad environmental influences such as ocean acidification and the like, and is thus environmentally friendly. Therefore, it is possible to actively respond to carbon dioxide emission restrictions and simultaneously achieve economical efficiency by securing certified emission reductions henceforth.

Provided are a multi-scale cantilever structure having nano-sized holes prepared by anodic oxidation and a method of preparing the same. The multi-scale cantilever structure is prepared using anodic oxidation and electro-polishing so that a manufacturing process is simple and a manufacturing cost is inexpensive. In addition, the multi-scale cantilever structure has a porous structure having a plurality of nano-sized holes inside thereof, and thus a surface area of the cantilever structure can be maximized. Therefore, when the cantilever structure is used in a sensor, the sensor can have improved sensitivity and selectivity.

Provided is a method of fabricating a nanoimprint mold which can form sub-100 nm fine pattern structures. The method includes forming patterns on a first substrate using an E-beam lithography (EBL) process, and transferring the patterns formed on the first substrate to a second substrate using a nanoimprint lithography (NIL) process to complete an NIL mold. Accordingly, the method can easily fabricate the nanoimprint mold at low costs on a quartz or glass substrate, which is not suitable for an EBL process to produce sub-100 nm patterns, by utilizing the advantages of the EBL process with a resolution of tens of nanometers.
