Abstract: In a method for ending shoulder driving, it is detected by means of a detection unit of a motor vehicle that a wheel is located on a shoulder. By means of a sensor unit, a driver's reaction is recorded, and by means of a computing unit, the driver's reaction is assigned to one of at least two intensity classes. By means of a control unit, an intervention in controlling the vehicle is undertaken counteracting the driver's reaction when the driver's reaction has been assigned to a first intensity class, and an intervention supporting the driver's reaction is undertaken when the driver's reaction has been assigned to a second intensity class.

Abstract: Technologies and techniques for operating an assistance system of a motor vehicle for providing a shoulder function. Under a second condition, a steering behavior of a driver of the motor vehicle is determined in accordance with a second criterion, where a shoulder function is executed in accordance with which an automatic driving intervention. Under a third condition, an obstacle ahead of the motor vehicle in the direction of travel is detected by the at least one detecting apparatus in accordance with a specified third criterion, where a control signal influencing the execution of the shoulder function is output.

Abstract: The invention relates to a driver assistance system for a motor vehicle, the motor vehicle and a method for operating same. In some embodiments, an obstacle is detected based on environmental data and a risk of collision is determined in consideration of driving state data. Further, an evasion trajectory for preventing a collision of the motor vehicle with the obstacle is determined. The driver assistance system is configured to detect another oncoming vehicle for which the risk of collision is greater than a predefined first threshold value as the obstacle. Further, the driver assistance system is configured to check whether a control action of a driver of the motor vehicle is guiding same along the determined evasion trajectory and, if this is not the case, to modify the control action of the driver automatically such that the motor vehicle is guided along the determined evasion trajectory by the modified control action.

An automatic intervention into a transportation vehicle control is carried out as a function of the assigned steering code.
