摘要: An oscillator and a semiconductor integrated circuit device with an internal oscillator capable of compensating the temperature characteristics even when there is a large parasitic capacitance too large to ignore directly between the output terminals of the oscillator. In an oscillator containing an inductance element L, and a capacitive element C, and an amplifier each coupled in parallel across a first and second terminal, the amplifier amplifies the resonance generated by the inductance element and capacitive element and issues an output from the first terminal and the second terminal, and in which a first resistance element with a larger resistance value than the parasitic resistance of the inductance element between the first terminal and the second terminal, is coupled in serial with the capacitive element between the first terminal and the second terminal.

摘要: A catalyst for purifying exhaust of an internal combustion engine is prepared by mixing first powders in which at least Pt is loaded on a first support and second powders in which at least Rh is loaded on a second support and loading NOx occluding material, for example an alkaline-earth metal, alkali metal or rare-earth metal, at least on the first support. In such catalyst, the second support is made of a stabilized zirconia stabilized by alkaline-earth metal or rare-earth element. The second support, having been become alkaline by the alkaline-earth metal or the rare-earth element, is excellent in absorbing performance of the steam (H2O), so that the steam reforming reaction by Rh advances sufficiently. Therefore, the created hydrogen greatly contributes to the reduction of NOx and to the sulfur poisoning prevention of the NOx occluding material. Also, the oxidizing ability of Pt is maintained high, Rh sufficiently exhibits the steam reforming reaction activity and the sulfur poisoning of NOx occluding material is restrained. An exhaust gas from an internal combustion engine is combusted where mixed gas of rich atmosphere containing excessive fuel is supplied to mixed gas of lean atmosphere containing excessive oxygen like a pulse. The exhaust gas is then introduced to the catalyst wherein the exhaust gas is purified.

摘要: An orally administrable uncompressed rapidly dissolving molded dosage form comprises a drug and either one or more saccharides or one saccharide and polyvinylpyrrolidone. Saccarides are chosen and used in proportion based on their solubilities. Methods for producing uncompressed rapidly dissolving solid preparations comprise mixing a drug and carriers according to the present invention and charging the mixture in a mold. Rapidly dissolving oral dosage forms facilitate administration of drugs to patients having a difficulty in swallowing such as children and the elderly.

摘要: A complex comprising a lipid and a conjugate of GPIb and lipid having a functional group, and use thereof. The GPIb-lipid complex of the present invention is extremely useful as a platelet substitute, a pharmaceutical agent for the prophylaxis and treatment of angiopathy, vascular damages and thrombosis, a diagnostic for vWF deficiency and the like, a biological or medical reagent, a reagent for screening platelet aggregation suppressant or antithrombosis, and the like. The GPIb-lipid complex of the present invention is also useful as a diagnostic for finding the location of vascular lesion or thrombus formation, or a therapeutic agent therefor, since it accumulates at vascular lesions.

摘要: An ink passage (6) including a shallow groove (6a) having the shape of a thin film and forming a very small gap capable of exercising capillarity and deep grooves (6b) of a depth greater than that of the shallow groove (6a), is formed in a joining surface (5) of a pen nib formed by putting a pair of nib elements (1a, 1b) together in a face-to-face disposition and by fixing rear portions of the nib elements to a neck tube (2) or the like of a pen barrel. Front portions, i.e., nonfixed portions, of the pair of nib elements (1a, 1b) are formed in elastically deformable shapes so that the front portions are able to slide relative to each other when writing force is applied to the tip of the nib. The pen nib is capable of giving a writing touch similar to that given by a fountain pen provided with a metal nib, of supplying a sufficient quantity of ink to the tip thereof, of writing "smoothly" under low writing force both when moved "slowly" and when moved "quickly" and of giving a weak feeling of the resistance of the paper sheet. The nib rarely suffers from insufficient flow of ink due to dry residues of ink accumulated in the ink passage.
