    摘要： There is provided a charge/discharge determining apparatus for managing a natural energy power generation facility, a power plant and a plurality of batteries in an electrical power system. The apparatus includes: a system information acquiring section configured to acquire an actual value of natural energy power that is supplied from the natural energy power generation facility to the electrical power system; a battery information acquiring section configured to acquire battery electric energy information from the respective batteries, wherein the battery electric energy information indicates charge/discharge electric energies of the respective batteries which can be discharged from or charged in the respective batteries; and a determining section configured to determine at least one battery to be charged/discharged from among the plurality of batteries, wherein when an absolute value of a difference between the actual value and a predicted value of the natural energy power is larger than a threshold value.

    摘要： According to an embodiment, a charge-discharge control device includes a receiving unit, a selecting unit, and a group controller. The receiving unit receives feasibility information. The selecting unit selects, of electric power devices that send the feasibility information indicating disallowance of simultaneously belonging to a plurality of charging groups, one electric power device as a representative device of the charging group to which belongs that electric power device; and selects, of electric power devices that send the feasibility information indicating disallowance of simultaneously belonging to a plurality of discharging groups, one electric power device as a representative device of the discharging group to which belongs that electric power device. Via the selected representative device, the group controller controls the other electric power devices belonging to the charging group or the discharging group to which belongs the selected representative device.

    摘要： An energy management apparatus includes: a communicator capable of communicating with at least a meter apparatus among the meter apparatus and a server apparatus that collects measurement information from the meter apparatus; a device registration processor configured to determine whether the direct communicator to the server apparatus can communicate with the server apparatus; if the direct communication is possible, transmit to the server apparatus a device registration message that requests to register a device identifier of the meter apparatus and a device identifier of the energy management apparatus; and, if the direct communication to the server apparatus is not possible, transmit the device registration message for the server apparatus to the meter apparatus; a communication processor configured to obtain energy control information of the device transmitted from the server apparatus; and a control executor configured to control the used energy amount of the device based on the energy control information.
