摘要: A hot isostatic pressing apparatus having a high pressure vessel, a heat insulating layer and a heater disposed inside the heat insulating layer, the heat insulating layer and the heater being disposed within a high pressure chamber defined by upper and lower covers. The heat insulating layer is composed of at least two inner and outer inverted cup-like casings, the outer casing being metallic and having a hermetic structure and the inner casing having a hermetic structure. A passage is formed in the upper surface of the outer casing and a valve capable of being opened and closed is provided therein. Further, a mechanism for opening and closing the valve is mounted on the upper cover, and a gas passage is formed in the lower portion of the het insulating layer. The above arrangement creates a convection of gas in the cooling step after the HIP treatment whereby a remarkable improvement can be attained in cooling efficiency, cooling time and productivity.

摘要: A hot isostatic pressing apparatus which includes a pressure vessel, a heater and a heat-insulating layer interposed between the pressure vessel and heater. The heat-insulating layer is formed of at least two layers, i.e., an inner layer and outer layer. The inner layer embraces an object, which is under treatment, and the heater. The inner layer is loadable in and unloadable from the pressure vessel together with the object and heater while maintaining a space, which is embraced by the inner layer, in a state hermetically isolated from the surrounding atmosphere. However, the outer layer is held within the pressure vessel. When the hot isostatic pressing apparatus is incorporated in a modular HIP system, the cooling time is considerably shortened and the efficiency of the HIP treatment is hence improved to a considerable extent.

摘要: Mixing baths 6A and 6B which temporarily hold chemical agents A and B respectively are disposed. The mixing baths 6A and 6B are each connected with a high-pressure fluid supplying unit 2. For surface treatment using a mixture of the chemical agent A and SCF (processing fluid), SCF is fed under pressure from the high-pressure fluid supplying unit 2 to the mixing bath 6A which already holds the chemical agent A, whereby the chemical agent A dissolves in SCF flowing into the mixing bath 6A and the mixture of the chemical agent A and SCF (processing fluid) is created. As a high-pressure valve (processing fluid introducing valve) 39 is opened, the processing fluid is sent into a pressure vessel 1. This achieves a predetermined surface treatment of a substrate which has been set inside the pressure vessel 1, using the processing fluid.

摘要: A first memory stores a divided three-dimensional binary image as image data j of p bits. A second memory, equal to the first memory in size, stores data k of q bits, representing the section number of a corresponding memory section of the first memory. A histogram computing circuit concatenates data j and data k and obtains a histogram for the concatenated data. A computing unit computes a marginal distribution of the three-dimensional image on the basis of the histogram. A data conversion unit converts the p bit data to a first data image. An adder unit obtains from the first image a second image representing the marginal distribution P(x,y). The computing unit computes a marginal distribution P(x) and a marginal distribution P(y) from the second image, and also computes the volume and center of gravity of the three-dimensional binary image.

摘要: An image processing apparatus includes a 3-dimensional frame memory. The frame memory is made up of a plurality of memory planes which are logically stacked in a depth direction (Z direction) and are accessed independently. The apparatus also includes a memory controller which can access a plurality of memory areas of the frame memory. These memory areas can be located in any desired position in the depth direction, and can each have a desired number of bits in the depth direction, regardless of a bit length of image buses contained in the apparatus and connected to an image processor, and the memory controller. The image processor receives data through the image buses, logically operates the data and outputs it to the image buses. When in read mode, the memory controller converts the data read out from the memory areas of the frame memory into the type of data which can be transferred through the image buses. When in write mode, the memory controller converts the data received from the image buses into data which can be written into the memory areas.
