Abstract: The present invention provides a reinforced lightweight air bladder for a safety tire which can effectively suppress a radial growth under the normal running condition even if it is used for a long tire and, on the other hand, to suppress an occurrence of a crack in a tube under the runflat running condition, thereby exhibiting a superior durability. A hollow toric reinforced air bladder 1 is to be accommodated in a tire 2 to form a safety tire. The reinforced air bladder 1 is filled with the air at an internal pressure determined in relation to a given air pressure of the tire 2 to form a cavity S1 in tire 2. When the internal pressure of the cavity S1 of the tire 2 is dropped due to getting punctured or the like, the reinforced air bladder 2 is radially expanded to take over load support from the tire 2. The reinforced air bladder 1 comprises an air-impermeable tube 6 and a reinforcing hoop layer 7 surrounding entirely an outer circumference of a crown portion of the tube 6. The reinforcing hoop layer 7 is made of a low tension resistance material.

Abstract: A pneumatic tire (10) according to the present invention includes a first side reinforcement layer (110) and a second side reinforcement layer (120). The first side reinforcement layer (110) has a plurality of reinforcement cords (110s), and the second side reinforcement layer (120) has a plurality of reinforcement cords (120s) each crossing the reinforcement cords (110s). Additionally, an inclination angle of each of the reinforcement cords (110s) and the reinforcement cords (120s) with respect to a circumferential line extending in a circumferential direction of the pneumatic tire (10) is 5 to 30 degrees. According to the pneumatic tire (10), high speed durability thereof can be further enhanced without reducing wear life of a shoulder portion thereof.

Abstract: Adhesiveness between the tread member and a tire frame member is raised whilst reducing the volume of a tread member and decreasing rolling resistance.Air holes (18) are formed penetrating through to an opposite side from a ground contact face (12) at bottom portions (16A) of lateral main grooves (16) (grooves) of a tread member (10), such that air between the tread member (10) and a tire frame member (24) is expelled smoothly into the lateral main grooves (16) (grooves) through the air holes (18) when adhering the tread member (10) to the tire frame member (24). This is particularly effective when a gauge (G) at the bottom portions (16A) of the lateral main grooves (16) (grooves) is made thin in order to reduce the volume of the tread member (10).
