    摘要: It is intended to provide a polymer alloy including a polyphenylene sulfide resin, a polyphenylene ether resin, and a talc, which is excellent in a balance between tenacity (impact strength) and rigidity and in die wear resistance. The present invention provides a resin composition including 45 to 99 parts by weight of a polyphenylene sulfide resin (a), 55 to 1 part(s) by weight of a polyphenylene ether resin (b), 1 to 20 part(s) by weight of a compatibilizer (c) with respect to 100 parts by weight in total of the components (a) and (b), and 20 to 200 parts by weight of a talc (d) having an average particle size of 25 to 100 μm or 20 to 200 parts by weight in total of a talc (d) having an average particle size of 25 to 100 μm and a fibrous filler (e) with respect to 100 parts by weight in total of the components (a) and (b).

    摘要: A polyphenylene sulfide resin composition including a polyphenylene sulfide resin having a specific amount of oligomers and a specific amount of a functional group, an amorphous thermoplastic resin having a glass transition temperature (Tg) of 120° C. or higher, and an additive having a specific amount of a functional group. The moldings obtained from this polyphenylene sulfide resin composition have a good toughness (impact strength) and weld strength. The use of this polyphenylene sulfide resin composition as a material for secondary battery cases makes it possible to maintain the initial electrolytic performance over a long period of time.

    摘要: An object of the present invention is to provide an agent serving both as a compatibilizer and an impact strength-imparting agent, which is freed from layer separation phenomenon and capable of improving compatibility to a polyphenylene ether and/or a polyolefin without detriment to weld tensile strength and low temperature impact strength. Another object is to provide a resin composition, which is obtained by blending the agent serving both as a compatibilizer and an impact strength-imparting agent with other thermoplastic resin, and which is superior in its impact resistance, particularly impact strength at low temperature, heat resistance and processability. To achieve the above objects, a modified hydrogenated block copolymer having a functional group at the terminal of said hydrogenated block copolymer chain is reacted with a modified polyphenylene ether and/or a modified polyolefin thereby obtaining a resin composition which is containing a graft copolymer formed in a manner such that the hydrogenated block copolymer is grafted to the polyphenylene ether and/or the polyolefin and which has the desired properties.

    摘要: The polyphenylene ether according to the present invention includes 5 to 20% by mass of a component having a molecular weight of 50,000 or more and 12 to 30% by mass of a component having a molecular weight of 8,000 or less.     摘要: Disclosed is a shaped resin article comprising (1) a continuous phase of a polyphenylene ether and (2) a dispersed phase dispersed in the continuous phase (1). The dispersed phase comprises (a) a particulate dispersed polyolefin phase which is comprised of a polyolefin and has a minor diameter of not greater than 0.5 .mu.m, the outer surface of the dispersed polyolefin phase (a) having, cohered thereto, particles of at least one copolymer selected from the group consisting of a copolymer of a vinyl aromatic compound and a conjugated diene compound and a hydrogenation product thereof, and (b) a particulate dispersed copolymer phase having a minor diameter of not greater than 0.3 .mu.m, which is comprised of at least one copolymer selected from the above-mentioned group and is dispersed in the continuous phase (1) and not cohered to the dispersed polyolefin phase (a). The shaped resin article has not only remarkably improved weld-line toughness and delamination resistance but also excellent resistance to heat, impact and chemicals.
