    摘要: A polyphenylene sulfide resin composition including a polyphenylene sulfide resin having a specific amount of oligomers and a specific amount of a functional group, an amorphous thermoplastic resin having a glass transition temperature (Tg) of 120° C. or higher, and an additive having a specific amount of a functional group. The moldings obtained from this polyphenylene sulfide resin composition have a good toughness (impact strength) and weld strength. The use of this polyphenylene sulfide resin composition as a material for secondary battery cases makes it possible to maintain the initial electrolytic performance over a long period of time.

    摘要: An object of the present invention is to provide an agent serving both as a compatibilizer and an impact strength-imparting agent, which is freed from layer separation phenomenon and capable of improving compatibility to a polyphenylene ether and/or a polyolefin without detriment to weld tensile strength and low temperature impact strength. Another object is to provide a resin composition, which is obtained by blending the agent serving both as a compatibilizer and an impact strength-imparting agent with other thermoplastic resin, and which is superior in its impact resistance, particularly impact strength at low temperature, heat resistance and processability. To achieve the above objects, a modified hydrogenated block copolymer having a functional group at the terminal of said hydrogenated block copolymer chain is reacted with a modified polyphenylene ether and/or a modified polyolefin thereby obtaining a resin composition which is containing a graft copolymer formed in a manner such that the hydrogenated block copolymer is grafted to the polyphenylene ether and/or the polyolefin and which has the desired properties.

    摘要: An object of the present invention is to provide a resin composition in which a surface resistivity and a volume resistivity actually measured in an antistatic region and an electrostatic diffusion region are equivalent to each other, and a remolded product produced by reutilizing a molded product which can hold the above properties. Specifically, disclosed is a resin composition comprising: 100 parts by weight of (a) a thermoplastic resin; 20 to 80 parts by weight of (b) a nonconductive fibrous inorganic filler having an average fiber diameter of not more than 15 μm; and 10 to 70 parts by weight of the total of (c1) a graphite and (c2) a graphite in which (c) graphite having an average particle diameter of 1 μm to 50 μm wherein each kind thereof has a different particle diameter; and at least one of differences in average particle diameter between two kinds thereof is not less than 5 μm.

    摘要: This invention provides a polymer alloy comprising a polyphenylene sulfide resin and a polyphenylene ether resin. This polymer alloy can eliminate molding whitening which, upon molding, occurs on the surface of the molded product, can impart excellent surface appearance and flame retardance, and further can improve balance between heat resistance and toughness (impact strength) and mechanical strength. The resin composition comprises 45 to 99 parts by weight of a polyphenylene sulfide resin comprising (a) 0 to 96% by weight of a specific linear polyphenylene sulfide resin and (b) 100 to 4% by weight of a specific crosslinking-type polyphenylene sulfide resin. The resin composition further comprises (c) 55 to 1 part by weight of a polyphenylene ether resin. Further, the resin composition comprises (d) 1 to 20 parts by weight, based on 100 parts by weight in total of components (a) to (c), of a styrene copolymer and/or an ethylene copolymer containing any one functional group of glycidyl and oxazolyl groups.
