摘要: A cutting process S1 cuts a wire 1 into cut pieces each having a volume approximately equivalent to that of a desired shoe 11. A forging process S2 sequentially forges cut pieces 2 with forging dies 13, 23, and 33 having three cavities 13c, 23d, and 33e respectively, and obtains a steel sphere 8. A finishing process S3 obtains a shoe-shaped material 10 from the steel sphere 8 without a heat treatment, and carries out a heat treatment to the obtained material 10, thereby to obtain a shoe 11 for a compressor.

摘要: Compressor shoe is manufactured by cutting a wire into cut pieces each having a volume approximately equivalent to that of a desired shoe. The cut piece is sequentially forged with forging dies having three cavities. The cut piece is first forged to a cylindrical shape with a small rounded portion, then to a rugby ball shape, and then to a shape corresponding to a shoe shape. A finishing step, including heat treatment, is then carried out to obtain a compressor shoe.

摘要: The present invention provides a method of measuring particles and an apparatus for the same, which count only particles in liquid by distinguishing between the particles and bubbles in liquid. In order to fulfill the above requirements, in the present invention, liquid to be measured flows through a flow cell at a fixed flow rate, and a laser beam is irradiated thereto. Scattering light is generated when particles and bubbles pass through a laser beam irradiation region, and the scattering light is converted into a pulse signal by a photoelectric converter. In the pulse signals, a pulse signal having a pulse width of 100 .mu.S is regarded as corresponding to light scattered by a bubble, which is omitted from the number of pulse signals. Thus, only a pulse signal corresponding to light scattered by a particle in liquid can be measured.

摘要: A mold is fabricated with a cavity formed in an insulating layer formed so as to be placed on an upper surface of a conductive base material. This mold is disposed in an electrolyte bath to be applied with a voltage, and a metal is electrodeposited on the bottom surface of the cavity to electroform a metal-formed product in the cavity. In this electrodepositing process, when the width of the cavity is taken as W and a vertical height of a head space between an upper opening of the cavity and an upper surface of a metal layer is taken as H, the growth of the metal layer is stopped so that the height H of the head space left above the metal layer satisfies: H≧W/2.85 where 300 μm≦W; H≧W/3.75 where 200 μm≦W

摘要: A phospholipid composition which satisfies the following requirements (i) and (ii):(i) a weight ratio of a nitrogen-containing phospholipid to the sum of a phospholipid, a glycolipid and a sterol derivative of less than 0.5; and(ii) a ratio of an area of a high-polar substance on a silica gel thin-layer chromatogram to the sum of areas of a phospholipid, a glycolipid and a sterol derivative on a silica gel thin-layer chromatogram of less than 500 area/.mu.g. A fat and oil composition containing from 0.001 to 30% by weight of the phospholipid composition is also disclosed. The present invention enables the blending of phospholipids with a frying oil, which has been considered difficult since it causes heat coloration. Thus a fat and oil composition, which is excellent in mold-release characteristics during cooking, has a good smell during heating, suffers from no coloration of oil after heating and shows a good flavor, can be obtained. A process for producing phosphatidic acids and lysophosphatidic acids is further disclosed.

摘要: A tensile tester especially useful for colored specimens having pairs of projector-optic arrangements for detecting the presence of bench marks on a specimen and each including an ultraviolet lamp projector and an optic arrangement incorporating a detector for receiving luminescent rays emitted by the bench marks on the specimen upon being irradiated ultraviolet light from the projector. Support structure and a drive arrangement are provided for causing the projector optic arrangements to pursue automatically the bench marks controlled by detection of luminescent rays by means of the detectors in the optic arrangements. Elongation detectors are provided for transmitting respective displacement signals of the arrangements in response to the operation of the support and drive arrangements. An arithmetic unit of elongation is provided differences for receiving the signals from the elongation detectors and indicating the difference in spacing between the bench marks.
