    摘要: A recording apparatus has a movable member for exposing an original to light and for scanning the original; and a power transmission device for reciprocally moving the movable member. The power transmission device has a plunger type solenoid, a first clutch coupled to the plunger of the solenoid for controlling forward movement of the movable member in response to an operation of the plunger type solenoid to a first state, and a second clutch coupled to the plunger for controlling backward movement of the movable member in response to the plunger type solenoid being in a second state. The plunger of the solenoid is movable relative to the solenoid coil between first and second positions, the first position being an attracted position in which the solenoid coil is energized and the plunger is attracted thereto, and the second position being beyond a limit position of attraction whereat the plunger is not attracted to the solenoid coil upon energization of the solenoid coil. The plunger assumes its first position when the solenoid is in one of its first and second states, the plunger assumes its second position when the solenoid is in the other of its first and second states. The power transmission device also has movable cam coupled to the second clutch for moving the plunger from the second position thereof to a third position intermediate the first and second positions and in an area where the plunger can be attracted by energization of the solenoid coil.

    摘要: The invention relates to a method for transmitting power headroom information from a user equipment to the base station. The transmission is made dependent on scheduling type of the uplink resource, for which the power headroom information is to be calculated and over which it is to be transmitted. If the uplink resource is dynamically scheduled, then the extended power headroom report according to Rel. 10 is transmitted; if it is scheduled persistently, e.g. as part of a semi-persistent scheduling configuration, then a basic power headroom report according to Rel. 8/9 is transmitted. The invention circumvents the problem of delaying data in persistently allocated uplink resources when transmitting an extended power headroom report.

    摘要: A temporary assembly apparatus includes a support member for supporting heat exchange tube blanks having their lengthwise direction positioned laterally, with their widthwise direction positioned vertically. Header supports are arranged respectively at the left and right sides of the support member and movable leftward or rightward. Tube blank correcting members are each in the form of a plate having slits formed in a side edge thereof and arranged from the front rearward at the same spacing as the heat exchange tubes to be produced. Each of the blank correcting members is movable between a correcting position where the corresponding ends of the tube blanks as supported on the support member are fitted into the respective slits and a noncorrecting position where the tube blanks are not fitted into the slits.

    摘要: When detecting occurrence of an event for transmitting a measurement report of a radio condition of a cell at a frequency set for a base station apparatus, to the base station apparatus (3) communicating with a terminal apparatus (2), the terminal apparatus (2) in a wireless communication system (1) creates a measurement report including information indicating radio conditions of cells at a frequency at which the event occurred and at another different frequency. The base station apparatus (3) controls whether or not to perform handover of the terminal apparatus (2) to another cell, on the basis of the measurement report transmitted from the terminal apparatus (2). Thereby, there is provided a wireless communication system in which a base station apparatus and the terminal apparatus are communicable with each other using multiple frequencies, the wireless communication system being capable of shortening time required for handover.
