    摘要: A two-drive-system fluid pressure chuck including two sets of jaw members capable of chucking a workpiece from two directions X and Y. The chuck includes two cylinder apparatuses, a first rod, a second rod, and a cam member. The first rod being slidably disposed within the inside of the second rod. The cam member is formed at the tip of each rod and is used to convert the reciprocal operation of each rod into the opening and closing operations of the jaw members. A notch is formed in the side of the second rod, and the cam member of the first rod protrudes out from the second rod through this notch to connect to the jaw member.

    摘要: A coupling structure for a piston used in a fluid-pressure cylinder. The piston in the fluid-pressure cylinder includes a piston hole that runs through a central part of the piston in an axial direction thereof. One end of a piston rod and a coupling body coupled to the one end are inserted into the piston hole. The coupling body includes: a main part that contacts the one end of the piston rod; and an angled part formed around the main part and inclined at a prescribed angle with respect thereto. When the coupling body is subjected to pressure inside the piston hole, the diameter of the coupling body increases and a pointed edge of the angled part engages with an inner surface of the piston hole such that the coupling body couples the piston and the piston rod.

    摘要: A die fabricated based on reference model data is corrected, and the corrected die is measured with a measuring instrument to provide three-dimensional measured die data. Noise areas in the three-dimensional measured die data are identified and removed using a computer. The three-dimensional measured die data and the model data are placed in proximity to each other, and a stacking and deforming process is performed in order to project a model surface represented by the model data onto a measured data surface represented by the three-dimensional measured die data. The stacking and deforming process is performed only within a range of the model surface that corresponds to an area in which the die is corrected. Portions of the three-dimensional measured die data from which noise areas have been removed are complemented by the model data.

    摘要: A test pattern generation apparatus and method for an SDRAM can easily generate a test pattern for a synchronous dynamic RAM (SDRAM) by having a specific wrap conversion circuit or an address conversion method. The wrap conversion circuit is provided to receive two types of address data from a pattern generator and converts the data through a specified logic circuit information. The test pattern generation method for the SDRAM is carried out by inputting column address data and wrap address data, and by generating output data which has been converted by a predetermined logic equation. The test pattern generation apparatus and method can also include an address inversion scramble for the converted output.

    摘要: Disclosed is a porous sepiolite having an improved water-resistance and thermal shock resistance obtained by grinding, moisture-conditioning and molding sepiolite, and then calcining said molded sepiolite at a temperature in the range of about 650.degree. C. to about 800.degree. C. Also disclosed is a porous sepiolite having a large specific surface area, wherein the pores having a pore diameter of 50 angstroms or less have a specific surface area in the range of from 40 to 200 m.sup.2 /g and in which no less than 20% of the total surface of the sepiolite is occupied with the pores having a pore diameter of 50 angstroms or less and wherein the pore distribution curve of the sepiolite has a main peak at a pore diameter of no more than 50 angstroms. This sepiolite is obtained by grinding, moisture-conditioning and molding sepiolite, calcining the same at a temperature in the range of about 650.degree. to about 800.degree. C., and then subjecting said calcined sepiolite to an acid treatment.
