摘要： A pressure-sensitive adhesive composition for an optical film of the present invention comprises 100 parts by weight of a (meth)acrylic polymer comprising 45 to 99.99% by weight of an alkyl (meth)acrylate monomer unit and 0.01 to 2% by weight of a tertiary amino group-containing monomer unit; and 0.01 to 2 parts by weight of a peroxide as a crosslinking agent. The pressure-sensitive adhesive composition can form an pressure-sensitive adhesive layer that has satisfactory reworkability such that optical films can be easily peeled from liquid crystal panels with no adhesive residue and also has satisfactory processability such that it can be worked without pressure-sensitive adhesive fouling or dropout.

摘要： This invention provides a pressure-sensitive adhesive composition that exhibits excellent pressure-sensitive adhesive properties after crosslinking treatment, does not cause lifting or lifting upon heat treatment or treatment under high-humidity conditions particularly even in the case of a pressure-sensitive adhesive layer having a reduced layer thickness, and has excellent durability. A pressure-sensitive adhesive layer formed using the pressure-sensitive adhesive composition, and a process for producing the same are also provided. Further, an optical member with pressure-sensitive adhesive comprising the pressure-sensitive adhesive layer and an image display using the same are provided. The pressure-sensitive adhesive composition is characterized by comprising 100 parts by weight of an (meth)acrylic polymer and 0.02 to 2 parts by weight of a peroxide, and 0.02 to 2 parts by weight of an isocyanate crosslinking agent, the (meth)acrylic polymer comprising as monomer units 50 to 98% by weight of an (meth)acrylic monomer represented by general formula CH2═C(R1)COOR2, wherein R1 represents hydrogen or a methyl group and R2 represents an alkyl group having 2 to 14 carbon atoms, and 0.1 to 35% by weight of a nitrogen-containing monomer.

Specifically, an optical sheet with an adhesive layer is produced by arranging an adhesive layer on a recessed and projected surface of an optical film which has been subjected to processing for forming recesses and projections. In addition, the optical sheet with an adhesive layer is bonded to various light sources or image display elements, thereby obtaining light sources or image display devices that have improved light extraction efficiency without changing the designs of the light sources or image display elements, while securing uniform light emission and improving viewing angles especially in devices that comprises the image display elements.

摘要： A photocurable pressure-sensitive adhesive composition, a photocurable pressure-sensitive adhesive layer, and a photocurable pressure-sensitive adhesive sheet including a support and such a photocurable pressure-sensitive adhesive layer formed on at least one side of the support are provided. The photocurable pressure-sensitive adhesive composition can form an adhesive layer that has sufficient initial adhesive strength through the process of drying and cross-linking without having any adhesive protruding at normal temperatures and pressures, hardens easily with light irradiation, and has a high peeling resistance. The photocurable adhesive composition contains a graft polymer that graft-polymerizes a monomer containing a cyclic ether group to a (meth)acrylic polymer and a cationic photopolymerization initiator. The photocurable adhesive layer and the photocurable adhesive sheet are prepared by using said photocurable adhesive composition.

摘要： Provided is a photocurable pressure-sensitive adhesive composition which does not cause oozing under ordinary temperature and pressure conditions and exhibits sufficient initial tack via drying and crosslinking. The photocurable pressure-sensitive adhesive composition is easily curable by light irradiation and can form a curable pressure-sensitive adhesive layer having high peel resistance. Also provided are a photocurable pressure-sensitive adhesive layer and a photocurable pressure-sensitive adhesive sheet. A photocurable pressure-sensitive adhesive composition is prepared which comprises a graft polymer obtained by grafting a chain that contains a monomer bearing a cyclic ether group onto a (meth)acrylic polymer that contains 0.2 to 10% by weight of hydroxyalkyl(meth)acrylamide monomer units, and a cationic photopolymerization initiator. A photocurable pressure-sensitive adhesive layer using such composition and a photocurable pressure-sensitive adhesive sheet are also prepared.
