摘要: A server apparatus, a method for controlling the server apparatus, and computer-executable process steps for causing a computer to perform the method, for constructing an on-line sales system appropriate for a creator and sells a commercial item including a content without imposing, on the creator, the workload involved in the construction and operation of the on-line sales system, and without the risk of stocking unsold commercial items. More specifically, a support server receives, from a creator terminal, information relating to the commercial item that is produced by outputting the content based on commercial item information, sets an address of a location of each commercial item on a network, and sends page data containing the address to an orderer terminal. Upon receiving location information represented by the address from the orderer terminal, the support server outputs a command to an output apparatus to produce the commercial item.

摘要: This disclosure relates to a method and apparatus for implementing online sales in an environment on a network, which is provided by a creator, without putting any load on the creator. A creator-side apparatus transmits a content that forms merchandise and merchandise information about its output medium to a support-side apparatus. The support-side apparatus makes the merchandise information correspond to an address that indicates a location on the network and transmits the address to the creator-side apparatus as an address where an order for the merchandise should be received. The creator-side apparatus sends data containing the address to the network to which an orderer-side apparatus is connected such that the orderer-side apparatus accepts connection to the location. The support-side apparatus executes merchandise order reception processing when the orderer-side apparatus is connected to the location and requests an output system to execute output processing based on the merchandise information.

摘要: An information processing apparatus as a client, connected via a network to a server to provide a predetermined amount of data storage area, configured to perform file transfer to the data storage area. In the client, information on an available capacity of the data storage area is obtained. Upon receipt of the information, a GUI is displayed for a user to select file(s) to be transferred to the data storage area, and file(s) to be transferred to the data storage area is selected based on drag-and-drop designation with an input device to the displayed GUI. Then a difference value between the total size of currently selected files and the obtained available capacity of the data storage area is calculated. The result of calculation is displayed on the GUI.

摘要: Disclosed is a liquid chemical for forming a water-repellent protecting film on a wafer. The liquid chemical is a liquid chemical containing a water-repellent-protecting-film-forming agent for forming the water-repellent protecting film, at the time of cleaning the wafer which has a finely uneven pattern at its surface and contains at least at a part of a surface of a recessed portion of the uneven pattern at least one kind of matter selected from the group consisting of titanium, titanium nitride, tungsten, aluminum, copper, tin, tantalum nitride, ruthenium and silicon, at least on the surface of the recessed portion. The liquid chemical is characterized in that the water-repellent-protecting-film-forming agent is a water-insoluble surfactant. The water-repellent protecting film formed with the liquid chemical is capable of preventing a pattern collapse of the wafer, in a cleaning step.

摘要: A silicon wafer cleaning agent includes at least a water-based cleaning liquid, and a water-repellent cleaning liquid for providing water-repellent to an uneven pattern at least at recessed portions during a cleaning process. The water-repellent cleaning liquid is a liquid composed of a water-repellent compound containing a reactive moiety which is chemically bondable to Si in the silicon wafer, and a hydrophobic group, or is a liquid wherein 0.1 mass % or more of the water-repellent compound relative to the total quantity of 100 mass % of the water-repellent cleaning liquid and an organic solvent are mixed and contained therein. A cleaning process wherein a pattern collapse is easily induced can be improved by using the cleaning agent.
