摘要: An absorbent article includes a liquid-permeable top sheet, a liquid-impermeable back sheet, and an absorbent body arranged between the top sheet and the back sheet. An excretory orifice contact area of the liquid-permeable top sheet has an area containing a blood lubricity-imparting agent. The blood lubricity-imparting agent has a kinematic viscosity of 0.01-80 mm2/s at 40° C., a water hold percentage of 0.01-4.0 mass %, and a weight average molecular weight of less than 1,000. An amount of the blood lubricity-imparting agent on the clothing-side surface of the top sheet is greater than an amount of the blood lubricity-imparting agent on the skin-side surface of the top sheet at a location in the area containing the blood lubricity-imparting agent where the surfaces overlap in the thickness direction of the absorbent article.

摘要: A medical device having a polymer-free outer surface layer comprising a crystalline drug selected from the group consisting of everolimus, tacrolimus, sirolimus, zotarolimus, biolimus, and rapamycin. The device may be produced by a method comprising the steps of providing a medical device; applying a solution of the drug to said portion of the outer surface to form a coating of amorphous drug; and vapor annealing the drug with a solvent vapor to form crystalline drug; wherein a seed layer of a crystalline form of said drug having a maximum particle size of about 10 μm or less is applied to at least said portion of the outer surface of the device before or after applying the drug solution, but before vapor annealing the amorphous coating.

摘要: To provide an absorbent article that has a high absorption speed, is unlikely to cause a liquid to remain on a skin-contacting surface, has excellent dry feeling, and is unlikely to cause excreted body fluid to return. The present invention provides an absorbent article comprising an absorber composed of at least one absorbent layer, wherein a water-absorbent resin powder meeting the following requirements (a) to (d) is disposed in an uppermost layer of the absorber: (a) a bulk density: 0.45 g/ml to 0.62 g/ml; (b) an absorption speed by a vortex method: 20 seconds to 50 seconds; (c) a liquid-passing speed under load: 10 seconds or less; and (d) a moisture absorption blocking ratio: 5% or less.
