    摘要: The present invention relates to a thermal pressure welding apparatus for the waist of incontinent pants and training pants and a thermal pressure welding method. The apparatus can thermal pressure weld the waist of incontinent pants and training pants consists of multiple layers of non-woven fabric in a fast, accurate and secure manner. An upper synchronous transmission mechanism and a lower synchronous transmission mechanism are disposed vertically opposed, by means of a shaft, on a side of a vertical frame. The upper synchronous transmission surface of the upper synchronous transmission mechanism and the synchronous transmission surface of the lower synchronous transmission mechanism are opposed. A plurality of toothed pressing blocks are spacedly opposed on the upper synchronous transmission surface and the lower synchronous transmission surface respectively. An electrothermal tube inside the toothed pressing block is connected to supply lines in a conductive ring through extendable wires and wiring flanges, which conductive ring is rotated synchronously with the upper synchronous transmission mechanism and the lower synchronous transmission mechanism. The plane rails moving up and down are positioned on the inner sides of the synchronous transmission surfaces of the upper synchronous transmission mechanism and the lower synchronous transmission mechanism respectively and the rail surfaces of the plane rails are vertically opposed.

It consists of a frame in which an extended sheeting tube (51) of rectangular cross-section can be fed vertically downwards (52). A plurality of uniformly spaced guide elements (2) are provided which can be tracked longitudinally on opposite sides of the sheeting tube (51) at the same speed as it and which have a U-shaped part facing the sheeting tube (51) with a base which can be placed flush against one face of the sheeting tube and two lateral faces projecting at right angles and enclosing the sheeting tube (51). A plurality of uniformly spaced, convex (in the direction of the sheeting tube (51)) pressure elements (2) which are located between the guide elements (2) and are capable of travelling with them have a front face (54) directed towards the sheeting tube (51) and lateral faces (55) connected to this. At least one die each is provided on opposed sides of the sheeting tube (51) which can engage the sheeting tube (51) in a vertical plane at right angles to the plane of the guide and pressure elements (1) above the place of engagement of the guide elements (2) and pressure elements (1) at the same speed as the sheeting tube (51).     摘要: A reclosable bag having an open end with a side margin adjacent the open end, a metal segment in the side margin having ends extending beyond the opening and a sealing tape overlying the metal strip for encapsulation thereof. Apparatus for manufacturing reclosable bags includes a continuous webbing of flexible bags joined end-to-end, a continuous roll of metal strip with an arrangement for forming the metal strip into discrete segments. A roll of adhesively coated sealing tape and an arrangement for positioning the sealing tape over a metal strip segment while applying the sealing tape to one end of a flexible bag. A method of forming the reclosable bags includes the steps of providing a serial succession of bags joined end-to-end, stretching a portion of each bag so as to be free of wrinkles, aligning a metal strip segment with the wrinkle-free portion of the bag and sealing the metal strip segment of the bag with a portion of sealing tape.
