The assembly further includes a helical coil or a plurality of annular loops which produce convolutions in the outer surface of the tubular liner when the tubular inner liner is forced through the helical coil or plurality of loops under heat and pressure.

A plurality of conformable induction coils embedded in a number of elastomeric sheets is positioned relative to a first composite part of the parts and a second composite part of the parts. A magnetic field is generated with the plurality of conformable induction coils. The magnetic field is configured to generate heat in a magnetically permeable material at a joint location. The heat joins the first composite part and the second composite part to each other.

摘要: A method for manufacturing a wound coil which has a stable appearance configuration with improved shape accuracy of a coating resin formed on the wound coil. A wound coil element is pressed into a holding jig including an elastic holding hole, and held therein such that an upper end of a coil is level with or lower than an upper end of the holding hole, and a gap G is present between an inner surface of the holding hole and the coil. Next, a flowable coating resin is supplied into the holding hole holding the wound coil element such that the coating resin is held without flowing away downwardly from the gap G, and the upper end 16a of the coil is buried in the coating resin. Next, the supplied coating resin is subjected to curing, thereby forming a wound coil.

摘要: The object of the present invention is to provide a gasket forming mold with a structure in which curling of the reversing section of the gasket molding does not occur easily. To achieve said object, the forming mold for integrally forming an endless shaped gasket has forming grooves as cavities in the parting surfaces of the forming mold and the forming grooves have a reversing section in a part thereof. The reversing section has two linear portions and the ends of the two linear portions are connected by an arc-shaped curved section. The two linear portions are arranged at literally-symmetrical positions and are arranged so that a distance therebetween is enlarged little by little from one end toward the other. The ends where said distance is enlarged are connected by the circular arc-shaped curved section.

摘要: An eletromagnetic coil, a mold, and an electromagnetic coil manufacturing method are provided. The eletromagnetic coil includes an annular main body, and an inner peripheral wall of the annular main body comprises multiple claw poles arranged at intervals in a circumferential direction. The electromagnetic coil further includes an encapsulation layer, and the encapsulation layer is capable of encapsulating an upper annular wall, a lower annular wall, and an outer peripheral wall of the annular main body. The encapsulation layer is not disposed between the claw poles, and is formed by injection molding of a resin material. In the electromagnetic coil, the encapsulation layer is not disposed between the claw poles of the inner peripheral wall of the annular main body, such that after moisture having entered the interior of the coil can be discharged therefrom within a short time.
