摘要:
A panel, such as a floor panel, comprises at least a decorated side, which is provided with a pigment for creating a lustrous effect to the appearance of the decorated side. The decorated side may comprise a decoration surface and a substantially transparent protective top layer covering the decoration surface. The top layer can be provided with at least wear-resistant particles having limited or non-translucent properties, wherein the pigment is embedded in the top layer.

THE PRESENT INVENTION RELATES TO AN AENAMELED DECORATIVE BOARD PREPARED BY FIXING, WITH ADHESIVE IN BETWEEN AN ENAMELED ALUMINUM SHEET ON A BASE MATERIAL MADE OF VENEER BOARDS, FIBER BOARDS, ASBESTOS BOARDS OR LAMINATE OF PAPER OR CLOTH DIPPED INTO A THERMOSETTING RESIN SOLUTION, AND BY DRYING THE COMPOSITE BOARD. THE DECORATIVE BOARD OF THIS INVENTION CAN BE ADVANTAGEOUSLY PRODUCED BY PLACING AN ENAMELED ALUMINUM SHEET PREPARED BY MELTBAKING FRIT OF A LOW MELTING POINT ON THE SURFACE OF THE ALUMINUM ONTO SAID BASE MATERIAL, AND THEN BY PLACING DAMPER LAYER PROVIDED ON THE ENAMELED SURFACE AND A SUPPRESSION PLATE ON THE DAMPER LAYER, TO BE PRESSED TOGETHER. THE THUS PREPARED ENAMELED DECORATIVE BOARD HAS EXCELLENT RESISTNCE AGAINST WATER, HEAT, LIGHT, AND CORROSION, AND THE ENAMELED SURFACE IS BEAUTIFUL; THEREFOR, IT IS ESPECIALLY EFFECTIVE AS A DECORATIVE BOARD FOR OUTDOOR USE.

The present invention relates to a method for producing decorative boards excelling in brightness, the method comprising the steps of: providing a transfer sheet (1) comprising a releasable film (20), a metallized layer (5) formed on the releasable film (20) and an adhesive layer (6) formed on the metallized layer (5) over its entire surface or according to a desired pattern; transferring selectively a part of the metallized layer of the transfer sheet where the adhesive layer is formed onto a decorative board base (2) over its entire surface or a part of the decorative board base surface and/or a back side thereof by superposing the decorative board base (2) and the transfer sheet (1) of its adhesive layer side and pressing the thus obtained laminate; impregnating the thus obtained decorative board base having the metallized layer (5) with a thermosetting resin; and hot-pressing the thus impregnated decorative board base to obtain the decorative board having excellent brightness. In the present invention, since the metallized layer is formed by transferring, the decorative board excelling in brightness as well as aesthetic value can effectively be produced.
摘要:
A process for creating decorative laminates comprising a resin based substrate layer, a barrier layer impermeable to the reaction products produced during the curing of the substrate resin and subsequent heating of the resultant laminate, and a decorative layer formed by a decorative ink pattern is disclosed. The barrier layer, which is located between the substrate layer and the decorative layer, prevents the reaction products from reaching the decorative ink pattern when the substrate resins are cured during laminate processing, and, during subsequent heating of the final product, acts as a sink for heat stress and prevents combustible toxic gases from passing through the laminate into the surrounding environment. Thus, destructive of the decorative ink pattern during laminating processing is prevented. Further, the resulting decorative laminates have high heat release thresholds and reduce the risk of flashover in enclosed areas.

A process for the manufacturing of floor elements, which floor elements comprises an upper decorative surface a lower surface, edges intended for joining and a core forming a carrying structure. At least a first surface web or a number of first surface webs and possibly a second surface web or a number of second surface webs is fed between the belts of a continuous belt press. A mixture of polyols, such as polyester or polyether, crude methylene diphenyl diisocyanate and possibly a small amount of blowing agent in a ratio forming a polymeric resin with a density in the range 600-1400kg/m3 is then applied between the first surface web and the optional second surface web while being fed in between the belts of the continuous belt press. The belts are arranged to allow a mainly uniform and specified material thickness to form, whereby a slightly porous or solid polyurethane core is formed and possibly bonded to the first surface web and possibly the optional second web. The received plate is then cut into boards or tiles and provided with edges comprising joining means such as tongue, groove or the like whereby an abrasion, impact and moisture resistant floor element is achieved.

摘要:
A waterproof laminate panel is disclosed. The panel includes a decorative layer and a backing layer. The backing layer is composed of at least one resin impregnated layer bound to a waterproofing layer which substantially prevents the penetration and release of moisture from the panel so as to maintain a constant moisture content within the decorative panel. The resin impregnated layer faces the decorative layer and the waterproofing layer is exposed to an external environment.
