    摘要: An integrated tagging system for an electronically controlled shock absorber having a shock absorber with damping characteristics unique to the shock absorber. An electronic control module is in electronic communication with the shock absorber for controlling the shock absorber. A memory device is integrally formed with the shock absorber and is in electronic communication with the electronic control module. The memory device stores calibration data containing the damping characteristics of the shock absorber and stores a unique identification number. The electronic control module accesses the memory device and reads the calibration data and the unique identification number in order to control the shock absorber.
