摘要: Heat exchanger includes tubular element within outer casing and inner sleeve within tubular element. Outer casing and outer surface of tubular element define a first annular passage through which first fluid flow path extends. Inner sleeve and inner surface of tubular element define second annular passage through which second fluid flow path extends. First annular passage is sealed against outer surface of tubular element and second annular passage is sealed within inner surface of tubular element. Second heat exchanger having tubular element within outer casing. Tubular element has outer fins and inner fins. Outer casing and outer surface of tubular element define a first annular passage through which first fluid flow path extends. Inner surface of tubular element defines a second passage through which second fluid flow path extends. Outer fins are integral with outer surface of tubular element and inner fins are integral with inner surface of tubular element.

摘要: A heat exchanger includes a plurality of fins spaced apart from each other such that gas flows therebetween, and a plurality of heat transfer tubes extending through the plurality of fins and joined to the plurality of fins by tube expansion. The heat transfer tubes are arranged in five or more columns along a flow direction of the gas and staggered in a row direction intersecting the flow direction of the gas. Each of the plurality of fins is flat and plate-shaped and continuously extends between the heat transfer tubes in the flow direction of the gas. The plurality of heat transfer tubes satisfy relationships of 1.055 D≦Da≦1.068 D and 1.56 Da≦L≦2.58 Da, where D is an unexpanded outside diameter of the heat transfer tubes, Da is an expanded outside diameter thereof, and L is a distance between centers of adjacent two heat transfer tubes.

摘要: The present invention discloses a flooded type evaporating heat-exchange copper tube for an electrical refrigeration unit. The evaporating heat-exchange tube comprises a smooth surface portion, a finned portion provided with plurality of fins and a transitional portion connecting the smooth surface portion to the finned portion, with primary evaporating chambers defined between the fins. Fifth fins extending upwardly are provided on a bottom wall of the primary evaporating chamber, which divide the primary evaporating chamber into at least two minor cavities, and an evaporating opening is defined between adjacent fins of the primary evaporating chamber. Due to plurality of minor cavities arranged in the evaporating heat-exchange tube, refrigerant film is easy to form on bottom walls of the minor cavities, and nucleus boiling is easily to be developed. Thereafter, the refrigerant gets boiled and evaporated to form bubbles to escape via evaporating openings. Surrounding refrigerant refills the empty minor cavities via the evaporating opening. This process of boiling, evaporation and refilling continues to go on. Thus, the number of vaporization nucleus is dramatically increased, and the refrigerant is much easier to form nucleus and get vaporized, thus improving the heat transfer property of the evaporating heat-exchange tube.

摘要: A heat exchanger assembled from multiple heat exchanging tubes. Each of the multiple heat exchanging tubes is formed as a flattened tube of 0.5 mm in thickness by press work or bending work of a stainless steel plate member having a thickness of 0.1 mm. Each of the multiple heat exchanging tubes is structured to have multiple lines of sequential wave crests and multiple lines of sequential wave troughs formed on each of flattened faces of the heat exchanging tube. The multiple lines of the sequential wave crests and the multiple lines of the sequential wave troughs are arranged to have a preset angle γ relative to a main stream of an air flow. The lines of the sequential wave crests and the lines of the sequential wave troughs are symmetrically folded back about folding lines arranged at a preset interval W along the main stream of the air flow.

摘要: A progressive die for forming a turbulator having multiple rows of axial corrugations. The corrugations are slit and offset such that artificial turbulence is generated as it passes through the corrugations. The device includes a plurality of dies disposed along an axial material direction. A flat strip of material enters the dies and is folded about its longitudinal axis in a relatively wide V-fold. As the strip of material moves forward, it is intermittently stamped in the series of dies. The initial dies create a central V-shaped fold that gradually narrows into a U-shaped channel with straight walls. Once the first corrugation is formed, a series of progressive dies form the remaining corrugations in alternating fashion. Next, the material moves through a slitting station that provides apertures and an axial offset such that adjacent sections of the corrugation are slit and offset in the axial direction.
