摘要: Methods and systems for assessing, detecting, and responding to malfunctions involving components of autonomous vehicles and/or smart homes are described herein. Autonomous operation features and related components can be assessed using direct or indirect data regarding operation. Such assessment may be performed to determine the robustness of autonomous systems, including the use of virtual assessment of software components within a simulated environment. To this end, a server may retrieve one or more routines associated with autonomous operation. The server may also generate a set of test data associated with test conditions. The server may also execute an emulator that virtually simulates autonomous environment. The test data may be presented to the routines executing in the emulator to generate output data. The server may then analyze the output data to determine a quality metric.

摘要: In a vehicle dispatch management system which manages a plurality of shared vehicles (2) and dispatches the shared vehicles in response to a dispatch request from a user, the vehicle dispatch management system includes: an individual cruising distance calculation device (22) configured to calculate a cruising distance of each of the shared vehicles; a total cruising distance calculation device (17) configured to calculate a total cruising distance of all of the shared vehicles; an energy supply determination device (18) configured to determine a necessity of traveling energy supply of the shared vehicle when the total cruising distance is equal to or less than a first predetermined value; and a supply instruction device (19) configured to instruct a supply instruction to the shared vehicle determined to be supplied on the basis of determining the necessity of traveling energy supply of the shared vehicle.

摘要: An autonomous vehicle may determine that it has an amount of power remaining projected to be needed to reach a recharging point by autonomously traveling with predefined systems disabled. The vehicle may disable the predefined systems and travel towards the recharging point. Subsequent to the disabling, the autonomous vehicle may determine that it no longer has the amount of power remaining projected to be needed to reach the recharging point. The vehicle may then communicate with a server and request assistance. The vehicle may then travel to an instructed rendezvous point with a second autonomous vehicle, the rendezvous received from the server. The two vehicles may then communicate to allow the first vehicle to leverage a capability of the second autonomous vehicle, responsive to the first and second autonomous vehicles being within communication range, allowing the first vehicle to reach the recharging point via the leveraging.

The processor is further designed to control the network access device to transmit available vehicle information corresponding to the available vehicle to the first source in response to receiving the charge request.
