摘要: Embodiments are directed to techniques for image content extraction. Some embodiments include extracting contextually structured data from document images, such as by automatically identifying document layout, document data, document metadata, and/or correlations therebetween in a document image, for instance. Some embodiments utilize breakpoints to enable the system to match different documents with internal variations to a common template. Several embodiments include extracting contextually structured data from table images, such as gridded and non-gridded tables. Many embodiments are directed to generating and utilizing a document template database for automatically extracting document image contents into a contextually structured format. Several embodiments are directed to automatically identifying and associating document metadata with corresponding document data in a document image to generate a machine-facilitated annotation of the document image. In some embodiments, the machine-facilitated annotation may be used to generate a template for the template database.

摘要: A system and method for strain typing without need for isolation in pure form and subsequent longitudinal strain tracking. The method includes the steps of locating one or more genetic regions present in a target. The genetic regions contain genetic loci that vary among two or more variants (i.e., strains) of the target. A device detects a unique sequence of each of the genetic loci. After a sample of biological material having the genetic loci is obtained, the device generates an amplicon for the genetic regions present in the target. The amplicons are hybridized to complimentary probes, resulting in hybridized probes and non-hybridized probes, which are detected. The detected hybridized probes are assigned an identifier. The device transforms the identifiers into a pattern. The pattern is recorded and compared to one or more other patterns recorded to determine if the pattern is different from the one or more other patterns.

摘要: The disclosure relates to a method for automatically recognizing liver tumor types in ultrasound images. The method specifically comprises: using a plurality of Regions of Interest (ROIs) to represent a CEUS image; different lesions are distinguished by the performance and changes of the ROI in time and space; representing a space-time relationship between ROIs by establishing a model in time and space at the same time; and determining, by the model, a relatively appropriate ROI and relevant parameters of the model according to existing CEUS lesion samples by means of an iterative learning method. After giving a sample, an appropriate ROI can be determined and a reference diagnosis for the lesion can be given by removing part of inappropriate ROIs in advance and by means of a rapid search method.

摘要: In an example embodiment, a web page is obtained using a web page address stored in a first record and is parsed to extract one or more images from the web page along with a first plurality of features for each of the one or more images from the web page. Information about each image of the web page and the extracted first plurality of features for the web page are input into a supervised machine learning classifier to calculate a logo confidence score for each image of the web page, the logo confidence score indicating the probability that the image is an organization logo. In response to a particular image in the web page having a logo confidence score transgressing a first threshold, the particular image is injected into an organization logo field of the first record.
