摘要: Aspects of the present disclosure relate to systems and methods for determining a resampler for resampling or converting non-Bayer patter color filter array image data to Bayer pattern image data. An example device may include a camera having an image sensor with a non-Bayer pattern color filter array configured to capture non-Bayer pattern image data for an image. The example device also may include a memory and a processor coupled to the memory. The processor may be configured to receive the non-Bayer pattern image data from the image sensor, divide the non-Bayer pattern image data into portions, determine a sampling filter corresponding to the portions, and determine, based on the determined sampling filter, a resampler for converting non-Bayer pattern image data to Bayer-pattern image data.

In a case of combing signals of the first photoelectric conversion portions, or combining signals of the second photoelectric conversion portions, the generation unit decreases weighting of a signal of a photoelectric conversion portion in which an effect of crosstalk from a neighboring photoelectric conversion portion is large.

摘要: An image processing device includes: a high-resolution combining unit that generates a high-resolution combined image by combining a standard image with at least one reference image other than the standard image in a high-resolution image space having higher resolution than the standard image or the at least one reference image, the standard image and the at least one reference image being acquired by photographing a subject in a time-series manner by using an imaging element having a plurality of types of color filters arranged for each pixel; a moving-object detecting unit that determines at least one correlation amount by calculating a magnitude relationship between a plurality of correlation values within an arbitrary region of the high-resolution combined image generated by the high-resolution combining unit; and an image correcting unit that corrects the high-resolution combined image based on the correlation amount determined by the moving-object detecting unit.

摘要: A pixel array includes pixel cells disposed in semiconductor material. Each of the pixel cells includes photodiodes, and a floating diffusion to receive image charge from the photodiodes. A source follower is coupled to the floating diffusion to generate an image signal in response image charge from the photodiodes. Drain regions of first and second row select transistors are coupled to a source of the source follower. A common junction is disposed in the semiconductor material between gates of the first and second row select transistors such that the drains of the first and second row select transistors are shared and coupled together through the semiconductor material of the common junction. The pixel cells are organized into a rows and columns with bitlines.

The second driving mode divides all the pixels into groups, setting at least one of all the pixels included in the group to have an exposure time different from an exposure time of the other pixels, and outputting, for each of the groups, an addition pixel signal as a pixel signal of one pixel. The third driving mode sets exposure time of all the pixels to an equal time, and outputs, for each of the groups, an addition pixel signal as a pixel signal of one pixel.

摘要: The present technology relates to an imaging apparatus, an imaging control method, and a program capable of obtaining a color image using infrared light without decreasing the frame rate. The imaging apparatus includes an imaging element including a first pixel and a second pixel, and a control unit that controls an exposure period of the imaging element and an emission period of the infrared light from the infrared light emission unit. The control unit controls to provide an exposure period of the first pixel and the second pixel in each of frame periods and provide a single exposure period being a period in which the first pixel alone is exposed, and controls so as to emit the infrared light within the single exposure period. The present technology is applicable to a surveillance camera, for example.

摘要: The polarization imaging unit generates a polarized image including pixels for each of a plurality of polarization components. The demosaicing unit calculates a pixel signal for each polarization component by using the pixel signal of the target pixel of the polarized image and the pixel signal of the pixel for each of the identical polarization components located near the target pixel. In one example, a low frequency component is calculated for each polarization component using the pixel signal of the pixel located near the target pixel for each of the identical polarization components. In addition, component information indicating relationship between the low frequency component of the polarization component of the polarized image and the pixel signal of the target pixel is acquired. Furthermore, the pixel signal for each polarization component in the target pixel is calculated based on the low frequency component and the component information for each polarization component.
