Also provided is a solid-liquid separating and dehydrating apparatus for wet master batch production, which includes: a filtration filter; a filtration portion; a drum; and a pressurizer.

摘要： A process mechanically breaks colloidal suspension bonds with the surrounding fluids through high energy impact with a stationary plate or a colliding fluid stream. The fluid with a colloidal suspension is pumped through one or more ⅛″ to 3″ nozzles to collide with either a stationary plate in an impact chamber at high velocity, or another similar or different fluid stream. The process breaks the bonds maintaining the colloidal suspension, disassociates these materials, and allows for gravity or chemical separation of the previously colloidal particles from the fluid. The process can separate colloidal particles from a liquid medium through pressurization followed by high energy impact and rapid release.

One embodiment of the invention discloses a filtering apparatus comprising a first filter section accommodating a first group of filter members, and a second filter section accommodating a second group of filter members, a piping system providing pipelined fluid communication between the filter sections and between a filter section and said filter section's corresponding group of filter members, the piping system configured such that the filter members form filtered fluid openings of the filtering apparatus, and circulation means, such as a pump, configured for passing fluid in a forward flow and/or in a reverse flow between the filter sections. In particular the invention may be used for the mashing process in a beer brewing procedure.

摘要： A filtering apparatus includes a cylindrical filter F having a cylinder axis in a vertical direction, and a casing C surrounding the filter F, in which untreated water a is filtered through the filter F from an outer circumferential surface to an inner circumferential surface of the filter F, and the resulting filtered water a′ is guided to the outside of the casing C. The filter F includes a plurality of divided filters arranged in the direction of the cylinder axis, and the divided filters can be easily repaired and replaced. The divided filters can be connected and integrated together via reinforcing rods 33 by using threaded connections 36, and can be individually detached. When a sealing member 38 is provided between upper and lower facing surfaces of the divided filters, the untreated water does not flow from an upper surface and a lower surface of the divided filters, and the sealing member is rotated together with the filter and does not slide. Thus, degradation of the sealing member is suppressed and a rotational driving force can also be reduced. A separable reinforcing body 40 including an intermediate support disk 42 and connecting rods 43 is preferably provided in the filter.

摘要： Described herein is a method for cleaning an electrocoating bath in a continuous facility, where a skid connected to a conveying installation is conveyed through the electrocoating bath, and where the skid includes a filter medium; the filter medium is secured on the skid via at least one movable connecting element; the movable connecting element allows the orientation of the filter medium at the interface between electrocoating bath and air; and, after immersion of the skid into the electrocoating bath, during the conveying of the skid through the electrocoating bath, the filter medium is oriented at the interface between electrocoating bath and air and is drawn along the surface of the electrocoating bath. Also described herein is a skid for use in the cleaning method.
