    摘要: According to this procedure, these steps are made:
    a) immersing a shaped mold (4) in a dipping process in a liquid synthetic polyisoprene (IR) (synthetic latex), wherein the shaped mold (4) has previously been treated with coagulation agent (coagulants) or thermally treated,
    b) after the immersion, the synthetic polyisoprene layer is left on the shaped mold (4) and is freed from all salts with water,
    c) thereafter, the synthetic polyisoprene layer together with the shaped mold (4) is vulcanized in an oven,
    d) the synthetic polyisoprene layer is removed from the mold (4),
    e) the salts precipitated by the vulcanization on the synthetic polyisoprene molded body (11) are washed off with water and a chlorine-containing solution,
    f) the synthetic polyisoprene molded body (11) is halogenated to neutralize its pH and to increase its suppleness in contact with body skin with a halogenating solution,
    g) the synthetic polyisoprene molded body (11) is dried. The electro-protective gloves thus produced are much more comfortable to wear, provide better insulation, even with thinner wall thickness, and they are more durable.

    摘要: For use in a rotational casting machine used for coating a rotating body with elastomer, such as polyurethane, there is provided a nozzle used for dispensing the liquid polyurethane onto the rotating body to be coated. The nozzle of the invention has a plurality of liquid-flow interior discharge-passageways each of which has an inlet connected to a sub-branch tube, which sub-branch tube is, in turn, is fluidly connected to a main branch that, in turn, is connected to a main inlet-passageway having the inlet that is directly connected to mixing head. Each discharge-passageway, or exit-passageway, changes in cross-sectional shape along the longitudinal axis thereof from its inlet to its outlet such that the cross-sectional area from the inlet to the outlet thereof gradually and minimally increases, whereby at least substantial laminar flow of the liquid is achieved with the concomitant reduced dwell-time of the liquid therein, in order to reduce in-nozzle reaction and subsequent clogging of the nozzle. The exit of the nozzle itself is constituted by the plurality of spaced-apart exit-openings or outlets of the discharge-passageways, where each such exit-opening or outlet is formed as a narrow, elongated slit or opening.

The external surface of the master is coated with pyrolytic carbon to define a pyrolytic carbon conduit of pyrolytic carbon bonded to the external surface of the master and with the pyrolytic carbon having an internal surface with a conduit geometry complementary to the external geometry of the master. The master is removed from the pyrolytic carbon conduit.

Elongated reinforcing fibers are introduced into a flowing stream of mortar and deposited in multiple layers upon a platen or mold.
