摘要: Provided are methods for preparing hydrogen and solid carbon. Illustrative methods comprise providing a feedstock comprising gaseous hydrocarbons to a microwave-inert reaction vessel and/or a radio wave-inert reaction vessel. The reaction vessel has solid carbon, about 0% water and about 0% molecular oxygen inside the reaction vessel and the carbon inside the reaction vessel is operable to heat the feedstock comprising gaseous hydrocarbons. The carbon is then exposed to microwaves and/or radio waves until the solid carbon is at a temperature of at least 1200 Kelvin, thereby forming hydrogen and solid carbon. Once formed, the hydrogen and solid carbon are separated.

摘要: A method for preparing biochar and hydrogen by utilizing anaerobic fermentation byproducts, the method including: (1) mixing a first straw, seeding sludge and distilled water, and then carrying out anaerobic fermentation to obtain a mixed product after fermentation; (2) performing separation on the mixed product to obtain a second straw and biogas slurry; and (3) carbonizing the second straw to obtain biochar, and collecting gas after a pressurized catalytic reaction on the biogas slurry to obtain hydrogen.

摘要: A process for the non-oxidative thermal degradation of a rubber containing waste including: transporting the rubber containing waste along a horizontal axis of a hermetically sealed cylindrical reactor including: an inlet and an outlet, one or more thermal reaction zones arranged between the inlet and the outlet, wherein each zone is provided with: one or more heating elements controllable to heat the zone to an operating temperature, and one or more gas outlets for withdrawing volatile gas or gases evolved during the thermal degradation; and a screw auger located within the reactor, the screw augur configured to rotate in both the forward and reverse directions to agitate and transport the rubber containing waste through the reaction zones and to the outlet; heating the said waste, in the one or more thermal zones, to a temperature above the degradation temperature of rubber for a time sufficient to produce the volatile gas or gases and the char product.

摘要: This invention consists of a new thermal dismantling method that enables reaching very high temperatures of 1000° C. for transforming any quality oil shale into directly refinable shale oil and to shale gas equal to natural gas, and as a by-product producing water and hot air, resulting in ash production where the ash is transformed into solid fuel by adding organic and non-organic additives and the residue of the burned solid fuel is used as raw material for other industrial products such as clinker, insulation material; by using its own solid fuel to raise and reach the high range temperature without the need to use any other type of fuel and without using water for the cooling system.
