摘要: A vacuum pump system includes a secondary pumping mechanism incorporated into a stationary portion of a scroll pump. The stationary portion includes the stationary plate scroll of the scroll pump and defines a gas passageway in which the secondary pumping mechanism is disposed. The gas passageway is connected to a gas flow path through the scroll pump at a location upstream of an exhaust check valve of the scroll pump. The secondary pumping mechanism is displaceable within the gas passageway to draw residual gas in the compression stage upstream of the check valve into the gas passageway, and may pump the residual gas back out through the exhaust check valve, to evacuate residual gas from the compression stage.

摘要: A fuel pumping unit has a low pressure pump, a high pressure pump, and a drive input which drives the low and high pressure pumps. The low pressure pump supplies, in use, fuel at a boosted pressure to the high pressure pump. The fuel pumping unit further has a low pressure housing containing the low pressure pump, and a high pressure housing containing the high pressure pump. The housings are joined together at a housing interface. The drive input is contained in one of the housings, whereby drive from the drive input is transferred across the interface to the pump in the other housing. The housing interface includes a gap which interposes between the high pressure pump and the low pressure pump. A layer of substantially stagnant fuel is trapped, in use, in the gap to reduce heat transfer from the high pressure pump to the low pressure pump.

摘要: The present invention relates to a bidirectional output mixed hydraulic power system, which includes a hydraulic fluid that stores and contains therein a fluid tank; at least one electrical hydraulic pump connected to the fluid tank to draw in, pressurize, and output the hydraulic fluid; at least one mechanical hydraulic pump connected to the fluid tank to draw in, pressurize, and output the hydraulic fluid; at least two sequence check valves each connected to the electrical hydraulic pump and the mechanical hydraulic pump, each of the sequence check valves being set normally open in a first direction and preventing fluid returning in a second direction; and a dual pressure valve that is connected to the fluid tank and each of the sequence check valves for switching output direction of the hydraulic fluid.

摘要: A high-pressure pump for supplying fuel to an internal-combustion engine has a pump body and an actuating shaft which extends along a longitudinal axis and which is supported rotatably about the longitudinal axis by the pump body. The shaft has an eccentric portion and a prismatic jacking end. A first pumping station has a gear engaged with the prismatic jacking end and a second pumping station has at least one piston. The piston is slidable relative to the pump body transversely with respect to the longitudinal axis and is actuated by the eccentric portion of the actuating shaft. The prismatic jacking end is made of a harder material than the material with which the remainder of the actuating shaft is made.

摘要: A two-stage hydraulic pump includes a rotor, a ring, and a plurality of rollers disposed in slots formed on the rotor. The pump has two inlet ports and two outlet ports, which are disposed inwardly and outwardly, respectively, of the rollers. A valve mechanism is incorporated which provides for flow directional control of the output flow of the pump between one portion of the discharge ports and a portion of the inlet ports when a low output flow is desired and blocking that interconnection while connecting the inner portion of the suction inlet side with a reservoir.
