    摘要: A glass tube element having hollow cylindrical section that has a shell enclosing a lumen and extends along a main extension and an optical delay of a light ray. The shell has a surface facing away from the lumen. The optical delay has values that all fall within a range having a size of between 3 and 30 nm. The optical delay being an optical measurement of the glass tube element by the light ray extending along a measurement path in a direction of perpendicular to the main extension and tangent to a surface of the shell. The measurement path touches the surface for different measurements at different positions each having a different azimuth angle within a cylindrical coordinate system fixedly attached to the glass tube element and having an origin on a center axis of the glass tube element.

    摘要: The present invention discloses a fully visual flow loop system for studying hydrate blockage. The fully visual flow loop system includes a first pipeline, a second pipeline, a third pipeline and a fourth pipeline connected successively in an end-to-end way; a single screw pump is connected between the first pipeline and the fourth pipeline from the four pipelines; the first pipeline, the second pipeline, the third pipeline and the fourth pipeline are all transparent to light; a plurality of CCD cameras are arranged between the first pipeline, the second pipeline, the third pipeline and the fourth pipeline; and, the fully visual flow loop system is arranged in a stepping low-temperature thermostatic chamber; a solution injection system can inject a solution into the fully visual flow loop system; a separation and collection system can separate and recover the solution; and a data acquisition system can integrate sensor information in all the other systems and give real-time feedback to ensure reasonable and coordinated operation of all systems. The fully visual flow loop system for studying hydrate blockage in the present invention can realize full visualization and real-time monitoring of the flow loop system.

    摘要: A method is provided for producing a silica container arranged with a substrate, having a rotational symmetry, comprised of mainly a silica, and containing gaseous bubbles at least in its peripheral part, and an inner layer, formed on an inner surface of the substrate and comprised of a transparent silica glass; wherein a powdered silica, having particle diameter of 10 to 1000 μm, containing Ca, Sr, and Ba with the total concentration of 50 to 5000 ppm by weight, and releasing hydrogen molecules with the amount of 3×1016 to 3×1019 molecules/g upon heating at 1000° C. under vacuum, is prepared at least as a powdered raw material for forming the inner layer, and then the inner layer is formed from the powdered silica as the powdered raw material for forming the inner layer.

    摘要: To provide a silica glass crucible, wherein there are no problems of generating a sinking and buckling when said crucible is used for pulling up silicon single crystal at a high temperature. The silica glass crucible used for pulling up the silicon single crystal, wherein at least an outer surface of a wall part of the crucible is covered with fine grooves having a length of less than 200 μm, a width of less than 30 μm and a depth of from more than 3 μm to less than 30 μm. Preferably, said fine groves are formed by carrying out a sand-blast treatment and a hydrofluoric acid etching and exist on more than 10% of the outer surface of the crucible, and a sliding frictional coefficient of the outer surface of the crucible to a carbon at 1500 degree C. is more than 0.6.
