摘要: A mixing device for mixing a puncture repair liquid and compressed air includes a mixing chamber, a first inlet for supplying the compressed air to the mixing chamber, a second inlet for supplying the puncture repair liquid to the mixing chamber, and an outlet for discharging a mixture of the puncture repair liquid and the compressed air from the mixing chamber. The mixing chamber includes a deposition section for depositing agglomerates contained in the puncture repair liquid. The deposition section is provided between the second inlet and the outlet.

摘要: The present invention provides a desulfurization agent mixing system for fuel oil used in harbors, the system including: a fuel oil tank for storing fuel oil; a desulfurization agent tank for storing a desulfurization agent; a line mixer receiving and mixing the fuel oil and the desulfurization agent from the fuel oil tank and the desulfurization agent tank; a droplet atomization unit for forming droplets of a mixture of the fuel oil and the desulfurization agent, the mixture being generated by the line mixer; a magnetization unit for magnetizing the mixture in which the droplets are contained; a vortex reaction unit for turning the mixture of the fuel oil and the desulfurization agent, which is magnetized by the magnetization unit; a gas separation unit configured to separate gas contained in the fuel oil and the desulfurization agent mixture in the vortex reaction unit; a collision emulsion unit configured to cause the mixture of the fuel oil and the desulfurization agent from which the gas is separated by the gas separation unit to collide against a collision target; and an emulsion tank for storing the mixture of the fuel oil and the desulfurization agent, which is collided by the collision emulsion unit.

摘要: A mixed-fluid delivery device includes a piezoelectric pump that includes a piezoelectric vibrator having a piezoelectric element and a vibrating plate and a pump cabinet and discharges a fluid, and a case body including a pump housing chamber, a liquid reservoir portion, a mixing portion that generates a mixed fluid, a nozzle portion through which the gas discharged from the piezoelectric pump is ejected to the mixing portion, and a conducting portion that conducts a liquid toward the mixing portion. The case body has a reflux path through which a residual liquid that remains in the mixing portion without being delivered to the outside is returned to the liquid reservoir portion. The reflux path is provided so as to be in contact with at least a portion of the pump cabinet.

摘要: A mixer comprises a tubular housing defining a longitudinal axis along which exhaust gas flows. Injected reductant flows along an injection axis that extends at a non-parallel angle to the longitudinal axis. A first flow guide element extends across and blocks a portion of the tubular housing and includes a first aperture extending therethrough. The first flow guide element is positioned upstream from the reductant inlet such that exhaust gas flowing through the first aperture is impinged by the reductant. A second flow guide element is positioned downstream from the first flow guide element and fixed to the first flow guide element to define a mixing chamber in which injected reductant and exhaust gas mix. An intermediate wall is integrally formed with one of the first and second flow guide elements. The other of the first and second flow guide elements is fixed to the intermediate wall.

摘要: A cleaning device for spray cleaning of a sensor surface includes a spray-body having a spray-nozzle and a body-housing. A liquid fluid connection to a liquid inlet and a pressurized air fluid connection to a pressurized air inlet are such that suction pressure is induced at the liquid fluid connection upon providing pressurized airflow from the pressurized air inlet to the spray-nozzle. A hydraulic flow path is connected to the liquid fluid connection. A hydraulic valve is adapted for selective control of supplying liquid fluid to the liquid fluid inlet. A pneumatic flow path is connected to the pressurized air fluid connection. A pneumatic valve is in a pressurized air fluid duct adapted for selective control of supplying pressurized air fluid from a pressurizer to the pressurized air fluid inlet. The spray-nozzle sprays the liquid fluid and the pressurized air fluid as a mixture in an aerosol jet.
