摘要: Cleaning tools for cleaning the pull cable of an ingot puller apparatus and methods for cleaning the pull cable are disclosed. The cleaning tool includes a chamber for receiving the pull cable. Pressurized fluid is discharged through one or more nozzles to detach debris from the pull cable. The fluid and debris are collected in an exhaust plenum of the cleaning tool and are expelled through an exhaust tube. The cleaning tool includes one or more guides that guide the cleaning tool in an upper segment of the ingot puller apparatus.

摘要: A tool for cleaning electrically energized equipment. The tool has an elongate tubular body having a fluid input at a first end and a nozzle adapter at a second end. A first end of a nozzle is securable to the nozzle adapter. A bore extends through the body and terminates at a fluid output at a second end of the nozzle. The bore through the body, the fluid input, and the nozzle adapter has a generally circular cross-section. The fluid input has a fluid input transition to reduce the cross-sectional diameter of the bore therethrough in a direction toward the tubular body. The bore through the nozzle has a transition to alter the cross-sectional shape of the bore therethrough from generally circular to generally rectangular at the fluid output. Pressurized cleaning fluid delivered to the fluid input passes through the fluid output in a stream having a generally rectangular cross-section.

摘要: A method for cleaning a load lock in a substrate processing system includes, in a first period, opening a first valve in fluid communication with a gas source to supply gas through a first vent into a gas volume of the load lock. The gas is supplied at a pressure and flow rate sufficient to disturb particles from surfaces of the load lock. The method includes, in a second period subsequent to the first period and with the first valve opened, opening a second valve in fluid communication with a pump and turning on the pump to flush the gas and particles from the gas volume of the load lock, and, in a third period subsequent to the second period, closing the first valve while continuing to pump the gas and the particles from the gas volume of the load lock via the second valve.

摘要: An inspection system for rotating fan rotor blades in a gas turbine engine is provided. The system includes a plurality of cameras and lids, and a cleaning system. The cameras are each controllable to capture an image of a leading edge of a fan rotor blade and produce signals representative thereof. Each camera is mounted to a static structure disposed forward of the fan rotor blade stage. The lids are attached to the static structure and is selectively movable between closed and open positions. In the closed position at least one camera is enclosed. In the open position the camera is at least partially exposed and has a field of view of the rotating fan rotor blades. The cleaning system is controllable to selectively produce a body of fluid relative to the at least one camera when the respective lid is in the open position.

The blowout opening of the second nozzle extends along the second side of the suction aperture in a planar view, and aslant toward the suction aperture rather than perpendicularly to the surface of the substrate.
