摘要: A process for producing light olefins comprising thermal cracking. Hydrocracked streams are thermally cracked in a steam cracker to produce light olefins. A pyrolysis gas stream is separated into a light stream and a heavy stream. A light stream is separated into an aromatic naphtha stream and a non-aromatic naphtha stream. The aromatics can be saturated and thermally cracked. The integrated process may be employed to obtain olefin products of high value from a crude stream.

摘要: According to one embodiment of the present disclosure, a method of processing a hydrocarbon feed may comprise fractionating the hydrocarbon feed into a light stream, a middle stream, and a residue stream, hydrotreating the residue stream to form a hydrotreated residue stream; and feeding the light stream, middle stream, and the hydrotreated residue stream to a single Fluid Catalytic Cracking (FCC) reaction zone, thereby producing a product stream comprising light olefins. The light stream and the hydrotreated residue streams may be exposed to more severe FCC cracking conditions than the middle stream, within the same FCC reaction zone. The single FCC reaction zone may be operated in a down-flow configuration and the single FCC reaction zone may be operated under high severity conditions.

摘要: A method of processing a hydrocarbon feed may comprise fractionating the hydrocarbon feed into a light stream and a heavy stream, where the light stream includes hydrocarbons boiling at less than 370° C., and the heavy stream includes hydrocarbons boiling at greater than greater than 370° C., hydrotreating the heavy stream to form a hydrotreated heavy stream, feeding the light stream to a first Fluid Catalytic Cracking (FCC) reaction zone, thereby producing a light product stream which includes light olefins, and feeding the hydrotreated heavy stream to a second Fluid Catalytic Cracking (FCC) reaction zone, thereby producing a heavy product stream which includes light olefins, where the first FCC reaction zone operates under more severe operating conditions than the second FCC reaction zone.

摘要: A process to produce olefins including: (a) Providing a hydrocarbon stream containing at least 10 wt % of pyrolysis plastic oil; (b) Optionally contacting the effluent obtained in step a) with silica gel, clays, alkaline or alkaline earth metal oxide, iron oxide, ion exchange resins, active carbon, active aluminium oxide, molecular sieves, alkaline oxide and/or porous supports containing lamellar double hydroxide modified or not and silica gel, or any mixture thereof; (c) performing a selective hydrogenation step; (d) contacting the stream obtained in step c) with a cracking catalyst to crack the olefins and/or paraffins into olefins having 2 to 4 carbon atoms (e) separating from the effluents obtained at the step d) a first stream containing olefins and saturated hydrocarbons having at most 3 carbon atoms, and a second stream containing hydrocarbons having 4 or more carbon atoms and (f) recovering from said first stream the ethylene and propylene.

摘要: Processes herein may be used to thermally crack various hydrocarbon feeds, and may eliminate the refinery altogether while making the crude to chemicals process very flexible in terms of crude. In embodiments herein, crude is progressively separated into at least light and heavy fractions. Depending on the quality of the light and heavy fractions, these are routed to one of three upgrading operations, including a fixed bed hydroconversion unit, a fluidized catalytic conversion unit, or a residue hydrocracking unit that may utilize an ebullated bed reactor. Products from the upgrading operations may be used as feed to a steam cracker.

摘要: The invention provides a process for preparing a fluid having a boiling point in the range of from 150 to 260° C. and comprising more than 80% by weight of isoparaffins and less than 50 ppm of aromatics, comprising the step of catalytically hydrogenating a feed comprising more than 85% by weight of oligomerized olefins, at a temperature from 115 to 195° C. and at a pressure from 30 to 70 bars. The invention also provides the fluid obtainable by the process of the invention and the use of said fluid.

摘要: Processes for converting the coal-derived heavy-oil fraction of syncrude to polyols are described. The processes involve mixing a feed stream comprising the coal-derived heavy-oil fraction with an alcohol and aqueous sulfuric acid, heating the mixture, reacting the coal-derived heavy-oil fraction with ozone, and reacting the ozonated heavy-oil fraction with glycerin to form the polyol. In some cases, the ozonated heavy-oil fraction can be neutralized before reacting the ozonated heavy-oil fraction with the glycerin.

摘要: In a method and system for treating a catalytic cracking gasoline, a catalytic cracking process, or a plant employs a fluidized reactor to carry out hydrodealkylation treatment on a catalytic cracking oil gas or catalytic cracking gasoline, so that heavy aromatics present therein can be efficiently converted into light olefins and light aromatics. The method and system can improve the yield of light olefins, allow a long-period stable operation, relieve the contradiction between supply and demand of light aromatics, and solve the problem of high content of heavy aromatics that have low value and are difficult to be utilized in aromatics present in oil gas from catalytic cracking units.

摘要: A process for steam cracking a whole crude including a volatilization step performed to maintain a relatively large hydrocarbon droplet size. The process may include contacting a whole crude with steam to volatilize a portion of the hydrocarbons, wherein the contacting of the hydrocarbon feedstock and steam is conducted at an initial relative velocity of less than 30 m/s, for example. The resulting vapor phase, including volatilized hydrocarbons and steam may then be separated from a liquid phase comprising unvaporized hydrocarbons. The hydrocarbons in the vapor phase may then be forwarded to a steam pyrolysis reactor for steam cracking of the hydrocarbons in the vapor phase.
