摘要: A refrigerator oil composition may effectively suppress an increase in an acid value even when a ratio of an unsaturated fluorinated hydrocarbon compound (HFO) in a refrigerant is increased. Such a refrigerator oil composition can used for a refrigerant and may include one or more unsaturated fluorinated hydrocarbon compounds of formula (1):
CxFyH (1),
wherein x is an integer of 2 to 6, y is an integer of 1 to 11, and z is an integer of 1 to 11, and one or more carbon-carbon unsaturated bonds are present in the molecule. The refrigerator oil composition may include a base oil (A), and one or more silicone compounds (B) selected from the group consisting of an unmodified silicone (B1) and a modified silicone (B2), wherein a content of the silicone compound (B) is 0.05% by mass or more based on the total amount of the refrigerator oil composition.-

摘要: Provided herein is an air conditioner in which the acid scavenger in a refrigeration cycle is maintained over extended time periods of operation to improve reliability. The air conditioner includes a compressor 11 for compressing a refrigerant, an outdoor heat exchanger 13 for causing a heat exchange between the refrigerant and outdoor air, an indoor heat exchanger 31 for causing a heat exchange between the refrigerant and indoor air, and an expansion valve for decompressing the refrigerant. The compressor 11, the outdoor heat exchanger 13, the indoor heat exchanger 31, and the expansion valve are connected to one another with pipes to constitute a refrigeration cycle. The air conditioner uses a refrigerator oil that uses a polyol ester oil as a base oil, and that contains an alkyl glycidyl ether compound having an epoxy group.

摘要: A lubricant composition for a resin conveyor, comprising specific (A) a nonionic surfactant and (B) water and, if necessary, (C) (a) a cationic surfactant and/or (b) an amphoteric surfactant, and a method for using same. Using a specific nonionic surfactant as the main component provides excellent washing ability, lubricating ability, and stability in storage. In particular, because excellent ability to prevent stress cracking is attained, the lubricant composition for a resin conveyor can be advantageously employed for transporting PET containers. Furthermore, adding a specific cationic surfactant makes it possible to obtain a lubricant composition for a resin conveyor also demonstrating an effect of inhibiting microorganism (fungi) generation, without degrading the various original performances (effects). Furthermore, a preferred method for using those lubricant compositions for resin conveyors is also provided.

摘要: The present invention involves the addition of an aspartic acid derivative and a fatty acid ester of a polyhydric alcohol to a base oil of, e.g., mineral oil or synthetic oil type. By including these additives, a lubricating oil composition having excellent rust-preventing properties, reduced friction coefficient and excellent energy-saving properties and so being suitable for industrial lubricating oils can be obtained. Also, by further adding an epoxy compound and by adding also a fatty acid amine, it is possible to obtain a lubricating oil composition even more endowed with rust-preventing properties and energy-saving properties.

摘要: A fluid composition suitable for use as an aircraft hydraulic fluid is disclosed. The fluid composition comprises a fire resistant phosphate ester base stock comprising between about 10% and about 100% by weight of a trialkyl phosphate, between about 0% and about 70% by weight of a dialkyl aryl phosphate, and from about 0% to about 25% by weight of an alkyl diaryl phosphate, with the proviso that the sum of the proportionate amount of each base stock component must equal 100%. The alkyl substituents of the trialkyl phosphate, the dialkyl aryl phosphate, and the alkyl diaryl phosphate contain between 3 and 8 carbon atoms, preferably between 4 and 8 carbon atoms, more preferably between 4 and 5 carbon atoms, and are bonded to the phosphate moiety via a primary carbon. It is still further preferred that the alkyl substituents of the trialkyl phosphate, the dialkyl aryl phosphate, and the alkyl diaryl phosphate are isoalkyl groups. The fluid composition further comprises an acid scavenger, an anti-erosion additive, a viscosity index improver, and an antioxidant. A novel additive combination comprises a high molecular weight butyl/hexyl methacrylate viscos ity index improver, a perfluoroalkylsulfonate anti-erosion additive, a 3,4-epoxycyclohexanecarboxylate or a diepoxide acid scavenger, a di(alkylphenyl)amine, and a phenolic antioxidant comprising a mixture of a 2,4,6-trialkylphenol and a hindered polyphenol compound selected from the group consisting of bis(3,5-dialkyl-4-hydroxyaryl)methane, 1,3,5-trialkyl-2,4,6-tris(3,5-di-tert-butyl-4-hydroxyaryl)benzene and mixtures thereof. Preferably, the fluid composition further comprises a benzotriazole derivative as a copper corrosion inhibitor, and a 4,5-dihydroimidazole derivative, as an iron cor rosion inhibitor and to enhance the stability of the fluid.
