摘要: A preparation method for an yttrium aluminum garnet continuous fiber. The method prepares a spinnable precursor sol by utilizing an Al13 colloidal particles contained alumina sol, γ-AlOOH nano-dispersion, yttria sol, glacial acetic acid and polyvinylpyrrolidone, then prepares a gel continuous fiber by adopting a dry spinning technique, and carries out a heat treatment to obtain the yttrium aluminum garnet continuous fiber.

摘要: The application relates to a method and apparatus for manufacturing a natural fiber based staple fibers. The application further relates to the staple fibers, staple fiber based raw wool and products comprising such. A method comprises providing a cellulose suspension (101, 310, 510) including water, refined cellulose fibrils and at least one rheology modifier, directing the cellulose suspension through a nozzle (102, 320, 520) onto a surface (300, 400, 500), drying the cellulose suspension onto the surface (103, 300, 400, 500) for forming a fiber (350, 550), and cutting the cellulose suspension on the surface for forming staple fibers (105).

摘要: A polyurethaneurea composition comprises a reaction product of at least one diisocyanate compound, a polymeric glycol, a poly(tetramethylene-co-ethyleneether) glycol comprising constituent units derived by copolymerizing tetrahydrofuran and ethylene oxide (EO) wherein the portion of the constituent units derived from ethylene oxide is present in the poly(tetramethylene-co-ethyleneether) glycol from greater than about 37 to about 70 mole percent, at least one diamine chain extender, and at least one chain terminator. The invention further relates to the use of blends of polymeric glycols and poly(tetramethylene-co-ethyleneether) glycols as the soft segment base in spandex compositions. The invention also relates to new polyurethane compositions comprising polymeric glycols and poly(tetramethylene-co-ethyleneether) glycols, and their use in spandex.

摘要: A cleaning member includes a nonwoven structure whose shape is retained by entanglement between single fibers having a median fiber diameter of from 100 to 2000 nm. The nonwoven structure has an apparent density of from 0.05 to 0.60 g/cm3. Preferably, the cleaning member may further include a support, and the support and the nonwoven structure may be arranged in contact with one another. Preferably, the single fiber may be an electrospun fiber. A method for manufacturing a cleaning member includes: a step of performing spinning by electrospinning, and thereby forming a deposit of a single fiber; and a step of pressing the deposit, and thereby forming a nonwoven structure having an apparent density of from 0.05 to 0.60 g/cm3.

摘要: The present invention relates to a method of preparing wear and cut resistant UHMWPE fibers. In the method, a resin material is added into a ball grinder, and the temperature is controlled, and then a mother liquor is added slowly into the ball grinder and mixed uniformly, and the mixed solution is vacuumed in a sealed container for several hours and extruded by a twin screw extruder, a metering pump, and a spin beam, and finally processed with drafting and hot drawing and winding formation. The fiber so manufactured has the features of soft touch and comfortable wearing.
