摘要： An elastic woven fabric comprising weft and warp yarns, the weft yarns including elastic composite yarns each of which comprises an elastic core yarn and a sheath yarn covering the elastic core yarn, and the warp yarns including chemical fiber yarns and/or natural fiber yarns. Each of the elastic composite yarns is in a form of a singly-covered yarn in which the elastic core yarn is covered by a single layer of the sheath yarn helicoidally wound around a periphery of the elastic core yarn, a number of turns of the sheath yarn per 1 meter of the elastic core yarn being in a range of 1,000 to 2,500 T/m. A stretching magnification ratio of each of the elastic composite yarns, in the elastic woven fabric in a weaving process, is retained equal to or less than 1.30 folds based on the elastic composite yarn before weaving.

Methods for forming a textile component are provided. One embodiment involves knitting a first section comprising a fusible yarn, a second section comprising a bulking yarn, and a third section comprising a nonfusible yarn, and heating.

摘要： The present invention provides an easy settable stretch fabric comprising three types of yarns: a rigid fiber, an elastic fiber, and a low-melt fiber, wherein the low-melt fiber comprises low-melt polymer which can be fused in the temperature between 60° C. to 200° C., being higher than the temperature used for normal textile process and household laundry, but lower than the temperature used for heat setting elastic fiber. The low-melt fiber can be selected from a group of fibers made from modified polyester, nylon, and polypropylene and the copolymer from them in the form of staple or filament.

The non-FR cellulosic fibers constitute at least about 31% by weight to at most about 54% by weight of the intimate fiber blend of staple fibers, the modacrylic fibers constitute at least about 30% by weight to at most about 49% by weight of the intimate fiber blend of staple fibers, and the aramid fibers make up at least about 3% by weight to at most about 20% by weight of the intimate fiber blend of staple fibers. The elastic continuous fibers make up at least about 0.01% by weight to at most about 5% by weight of the elastic flame-resistant yarn.
