摘要: A blast hole measurement and logging apparatus, which generally comprises a housing configured to operatively house a solid-state LiDAR sensor array configured to transmit and steer pulses of light into a blast hole by shifting a phase of the pulses through the array to compile volumetric data of the sensor's field-of-view. Also included is a processor configured to receive the volumetric data from the LiDAR sensor, the volumetric data indicative of an internal volume of the blast hole which is useable in calculating an explosive charge according to a blast plan, the processor configured to store and/or transmit the volumetric data.

摘要: A photoelectric conversion device includes a photoelectric conversion unit configured to output a photon detection signal in response to an incidence of a photon, a counting unit configured to count the photon detection signal output from the photoelectric conversion unit, and a counting control unit configured to control a counting operation in the counting unit. The counting control unit is configured to reset a count value and restart the counting operation from an initial value, when a count value from a start of the counting operation to a first time is less than a first threshold value and a count value from the start of the counting operation to a second time after the first time is equal to or greater than a second threshold value greater than the first threshold value.

摘要: One example system comprises a LIDAR sensor that rotates about an axis to scan an environment of the LIDAR sensor. The system also comprises one or more cameras that detect external light originating from one or more external light sources. The one or more cameras together provide a plurality of rows of sensing elements. The rows of sensing elements are aligned with the axis of rotation of the LIDAR sensor. The system also comprises a controller that operates the one or more cameras to obtain a sequence of image pixel rows. A first image pixel row in the sequence is indicative of external light detected by a first row of sensing elements during a first exposure time period. A second image pixel row in the sequence is indicative of external light detected by a second row of sensing elements during a second exposure time period.

摘要: A plurality of images can be acquired from a plurality of sensors and a plurality of flattened patches can be extracted from the plurality of images. An image location in the plurality of images and a sensor type token identifying a type of sensor used to acquire an image in the plurality of images from which the respective flattened patch was acquired can be added to each of the plurality of flattened patches. The flattened patches can be concatenated into a flat tensor and add a task token indicating a processing task to the flat tensor, wherein the flat tensor is a one-dimensional array that includes two or more types of data. The flat tensor can be input to a first deep neural network that includes a plurality of encoder layers and a plurality of decoder layers and outputs transformer output. The transformer output can be input to a second deep neural network that determines an object prediction indicated by the token and the object predictions can be output.

摘要: Range finding methods and apparatus that may be implemented by VR/MR systems that include a head-mounted display (HMD) and an accessory that the user holds or wears. Range finding sensors (e.g., ultrasonic transducers) may be included on the HMD and on the accessory and used to track distances to and relative position of walls, objects, and other obstacles within constrained physical environments such as rooms, gyms, yards, or fields, or in unconstrained physical environments. Range finding information from the sensors on the HMD and accessory can be used to generate a 3D map of the user's environment that can be used for various purposes in the VR/MR system. In addition to mapping the user's environment, the range finding methods and apparatus may also be used to track the relative position of the accessory with respect to the HMD.

摘要: A laser radar includes: a laser, an optical transmission system, a 1-dimensional array of photo-detectors, an optical reception system, and an electronic control system. The laser emits a wavelength of light, and the optical transmission system shapes the light into a beam, and scans the beam along a fan of transmission light paths toward a target. The photo-detectors are capable of time-of-arrival measurements and are sensitive to the wavelength of light. The optical reception system collects the laser light reflected from the target along a fan of reception light paths. The electronic control system synchronizes the scan of the beam with a respective time-of-arrival measurement from each of the photo-detectors, and analyzes the time-of-arrival measurements. The system is configured for all of the transmission light paths and all of the reception light paths to lie in one plane, with all of the reception light paths intersecting with at least one of the transmission light paths.

摘要: A system automatically identifies objects in an environment based on a walkthrough video and an annotated floorplan of the environment. The annotated floorplan indicates locations and types of objects that are expected to be in the environment. The system receives the walkthrough video and generates a 3D model of the environment. The system applies a machine learning model to the walkthrough video to identify regions within frames where objects are captured. After identifying the regions within frames of the walkthrough video that include objects, the system modifies corresponding regions of the 3D model to include the identified objects. For each of the identified objects, the system determines a likelihood of the identified object being present at a location in the environment based on a comparison of the modified 3D model and the annotated floorplan.
