    摘要: Disclosed are a coil assembly of a slotless motor, a housing, and a slotless motor including the same. According to the present invention, there is provided a coil assembly of a slotless motor which includes a plurality of first coil structures which have two first coil sides facing each other with a first space interposed therebetween and having a fan-shaped cross section in a width direction and have a first end turn bent in a first direction on at least one end in a longitudinal direction of the two first coil sides and a plurality of second coil structures which have two second coil sides facing each other with a second space interposed therebetween and having a fan-shaped cross section in a width direction and have a second end turn bent in a second direction on at least one end in a longitudinal direction of the two second coil sides, wherein the plurality of first coil structures and the plurality of second coil structures are coupled to each other to form a circular stator winding structure.

    摘要: A stator includes an armature core having an annular shape, coils, and an insulator. The coils are arranged along the armature core. Each of the coils is a wound conductive winding. Each of the coils includes a pair of facing portions disposed to be aligned in a circumferential direction with a predetermined interval therebetween. The first and second facing portions of each of the coils constitute intermediate portions of the corresponding one of the coils. Each of the coils includes a pair of first and second coil end portions that link the facing portions to each other. The insulator is arranged between the stator core and the coils. The insulator includes a base comprised of an insulating material, and one or more soft-magnetic members each being comprised of a soft-magnetic material, the one or more soft-magnetic members being contained in the base.

    摘要: An additively manufactured air gap winding for an electrical machine is provided. The air-gap winding includes a hollow cylindrical main portion having a geometric axis, the main portion defining an active winding length of the winding, and electrical winding conductors of the winding extending in the main portion from a first axial end of the winding to a second axial end. The air gap winding further comprises a first winding head at the first axial end and a second winding head at the second axial end, wherein winding head connections of the winding conductors extend in the winding heads. The winding heads project radially inwardly and/or outwardly beyond the hollow cylindrical main section. The winding head connections extend at least in sections at different distances from the axis in such a way that one winding head connection at least partially radially surrounds the other winding head connection.

    摘要: The rotating electric machine includes a stator having a stator winding and a rotor facing the stator in a radial direction. The rotor includes a carrier having a disk-shaped end plate section fixed to a rotating shaft and arranged coaxially with the rotating shaft, and an annular magnet unit arranged coaxially with the rotating shaft. The magnet has a cylindrical magnet holder whose one end in an axial direction is fixed to the end plate section, and a magnet fixed to a peripheral surface on a stator side in the radial direction in the magnet holder and having an alternating polarity in a circumferential direction. The magnet holder is made of a non-magnetic material. In the magnet, an orientation of an axis of easy magnetization on a q-axis is deviated from an orientation parallel to the q-axis.
