Abstract:
The present invention pertains to a metal resin composite structure integrating different materials and a manufacturing method thereof, and provides a metal resin composite structure integrating different materials, in which a joining state may be strongly kept by insert-molding a resin composition in a mold after inserting a structure of a metal alloy having fine groove portions and protrusions into the mold. The integral composite structure and the manufacturing method thereof according to the present invention provides the simplification of manufacturing process, low management standards, generalized low-cost chemicals, and further improved tension, thereby improving reliability. In addition, it is possible to realize resin material use at low costs while improving the limitation problems of the resin material use, generated when using the joining technologies according to the conventional art nano methods, thereby increasing applicability in industrial fields.
Abstract:
The present invention relates to a method for manufacturing an in-mold antenna integrated into the case of a mobile phone. The present invention is a method for manufacturing an in-mold antenna using a secondary insert injection process wherein a carrier member is produced using a primary injection material, and an antenna pattern is formed on said carrier member thereby enabling the manufacture of an antenna which can be integrated into the mobile phone case by insert injection. The antenna manufacturing process comprises the steps of: producing an antenna carrier member using a primary injection method; forming an antenna pattern on the carrier member produced with said method; and an in-mold antenna injection process for producing the antenna, which is integrated into the mobile phone case by injecting a secondary insert in the course of injecting the preformed antenna into the mobile phone case.
Abstract:
The present invention relates to insert molding. A glass lens or an inorganic material is inserted into a front housing unit. The glass lens or an inorganic material is aligned within the front housing unit such that the glass lens or an inorganic material lies within the inside of the front housing unit. A thermobond adhesive is applied onto the glass lens or the inorganic material. During the insert molding process, a molten resin is injected into the space formed by the glass lens or the inorganic material and the front housing unit. The molten resin flows around the glass lens or the inorganic material and forms an insert molded part.

Abstract:
The invention relates to a method for quick, flexible and quality laser welding of plastic articles. In the method, a laser beam is directed via scanner mirrors at an object being welded. According to the invention, in the method, the movement of the scanner mirrors is controlled and adjusted; and the moving speed of the laser beam is increased by increasing the focal distance to be more than 200mm; and the moving speed of the laser beam is arranged to be more than 10 m/s; and the laser beam is moved several times along a predetermined welding track.

A coating for assisting in the removal of components from devices comprising a polymer and a microwave absorbing substance dispersed in the polymer, so that when the coating is applied on a surface of a device and overlaid with a component and exposed to microwaves, the microwave absorbing substance absorbs the microwaves and allows for the component to be separated from the device.
Abstract:
There is provided an electronic product having a keypad including polyurethane resin. A cellular phone (100) as the electronic product has a keypad (P) including the polyurethane resin as a keypad surface and being positioned on a circuit board (6) of the cellular phone (100). A method for fabricating the keypad (P) includes the steps of: (a) printing numerals and characters on button-key portions of a polyurethane film to produce a printed polyurethane film; (b) inserting the printed polyurethane film between a first die and a second die; (c) pressing the printed polyurethane film by compressed air injected into the first die connected to a compressor; (d) adsorbing the printed polyurethane film on a concave surface of the second die by sucking air between the printed polyurethane film and the second die connected to a vacuum pump, thereby forming a base keypad having protrusions formed on the button-key portions; and (e) injecting silicone into insides of the protrusions. There is an advantage that the keypad (P) including the polyurethane resin as the keypad surface is not slippery and soft.
