    Abstract: The present invention pertains to a metal resin composite structure integrating different materials and a manufacturing method thereof, and provides a metal resin composite structure integrating different materials, in which a joining state may be strongly kept by insert-molding a resin composition in a mold after inserting a structure of a metal alloy having fine groove portions and protrusions into the mold. The integral composite structure and the manufacturing method thereof according to the present invention provides the simplification of manufacturing process, low management standards, generalized low-cost chemicals, and further improved tension, thereby improving reliability. In addition, it is possible to realize resin material use at low costs while improving the limitation problems of the resin material use, generated when using the joining technologies according to the conventional art nano methods, thereby increasing applicability in industrial fields.

    Abstract: The present invention relates to a method for manufacturing an in-mold antenna integrated into the case of a mobile phone. The present invention is a method for manufacturing an in-mold antenna using a secondary insert injection process wherein a carrier member is produced using a primary injection material, and an antenna pattern is formed on said carrier member thereby enabling the manufacture of an antenna which can be integrated into the mobile phone case by insert injection. The antenna manufacturing process comprises the steps of: producing an antenna carrier member using a primary injection method; forming an antenna pattern on the carrier member produced with said method; and an in-mold antenna injection process for producing the antenna, which is integrated into the mobile phone case by injecting a secondary insert in the course of injecting the preformed antenna into the mobile phone case.

    Abstract: There is provided an electronic product having a keypad including polyurethane resin.
