The pre-amplifier comprises an input matching circuit, an amplification circuit, an output matching circuit and a narrow band filter used for filtering a magnetic resonance signal amplified by the amplification circuit. The pre-amplifier has the technical effect of the pre-amplifier for the magnetic resonance imaging radio-frequency coil generating the gain required for magnetic resonance imaging within an extremely narrow range near a magnetic resonance signal frequency point, but only generating an extremely small gain or having no amplification function at all at other frequency points, thereby significantly reducing the probability of oscillation of the magnetic resonance imaging radio-frequency coil. Further provided is a pre-amplifier for a magnetic resonance imaging radio-frequency coil, which can achieve the technical effect, comprising an input matching circuit, a first-level amplification circuit, a narrow band filter circuit, a second-level amplification circuit, and an output matching circuit.

The conductor-less region is aligned with at least one of the conductor-less areas at the module substrate top surface. The filter circuit includes a passive component formed over a portion of the semiconductor substrate top surface that is directly opposite the conductor-less region.
