PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heat-radiating filler composition which can obtain excellent heat-radiating performance, and to provide a resin composition, a grease and a coating composition which each has excellent heat-radiating performance therewith. SOLUTION: This heat-radiating filler composition comprises 1 to 50 vol.% of speculate zinc oxide having an average major axis of 0.1 to 10 μm, an average minor axis of 0.025 to 2.5 μm, an aspect ratio of ≥4 defined by the average major axis/average minor axis ratio, and a specific surface area of ≤50 m 2 /g by the BET method, and 50 to 99 vol.% of other heat-radiating fillers. PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enhance abrasion resistance and spin performance, as to a golf ball having a polyurethane cover containing a laminar silicate.SOLUTION: This golf ball is a golf ball including a core and a cover for coating the core, and the cover contains a polyurethane resin having secondary or tertiary amine structure in a molecular chain, in which the secondary or tertiary amine structure is cationized, and the laminar silicate having 10 or more to 50 or less of average aspect ratio in a unit layer.

In order to maintain adequate bond strength of a composite in which a gas barrier coating comprising a clay dispersion and a polymer solution or dispersion of a PVA and/or EVA is positioned between two flexible plastics films using an adhesive, it is necessary that the clay dispersion and the polymer solution or dispersion should be kept separate until shortly before they are to be applied.

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a metal complex which has excellent dispersibility into a nonpolar solvent, can be applied even to a coating process using the nonpolar solvent, and has excellent conductivity and electric charge injection properties, and to provide a composition containing the same. SOLUTION: The metal complex is obtained in such a manner that a conjugated compound having a molecular weight of 200 or more is adsorbed on a metal nano-structure having an aspect ratio of 1.5 or more. SOLUTION: An article 100 includes a surface 102 including at least one region 104 and a hydrophobic composite coating 106 disposed over the one region 104. The hydrophobic composite coating 106 includes a plurality of carbon nanotubes dispersed in a hydrophobic polymer, and the hydrophobic composite coating 106 has a water contact angle of at least about 120°. PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electroconductive polymer foam, a method of the manufacture thereof, and articles therefrom. SOLUTION: The electroconductive polymer foam comprises: a step of forming an article having a first surface and a second surface on its opposite side from a precursor composition, the precursor composition comprising a polymer foam precursor composition, and a filler composition containing a plurality of magnetic, electrically conductive particles; a step of foaming the precursor composition to form a plurality of cells in the precursor composition; a step of applying a magnetic field to the foamed precursor composition, wherein the magnetic field has a strength and applied for a time effective to align the electrically conductive and magnetic particles into mutually isolated chains between the first surface and the opposite second surface of the article; and a step of solidifying the polymer foam precursor composition to provide a polymer foam composite having a specific density and a specific volume resistivity.
